Naomi, fresh off her Money in the Bank cash-in at Evolution kicked off Raw as the new Women’s World Champion. She celebrated her recent victory at WWE Evolution where she became the new WWE Women’s World Champion. She was interrupted by IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley, both staking a claim for a title shot. General Manager Adam Pearce intervened and announced a Triple Threat match for the WWE Women’s World Championship between Naomi, IYO SKY, and Rhea Ripley at SummerSlam.
A meeting of the Judgment Day. Finn convinces Dom to accompany Rachel and Roxanne to the ring for their match tonight.
The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) vs. Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez
This was a non-title match. The finish saw interference from Dominik Mysterio who distracted Asuka. This allowed Roxanne Perez to capitalize with a roll-up pin on Asuka for the victory. Raquel Rodriguez helped leverage the pin from outside the ring which went unnoticed by the referee.

Jackie Redmond interviews Paul Heyman backstage. He says it is too soon to give an update on Seth Rollins but he has months and month to cash in his Money in the Back briefcase.
Jackie interviews Lyra who says she is tired tussling with Bayley and will put an end to their feud tonight.
Lyra Valkyria vs. Bayley – Out-Of-3 Falls Match, Winner Faces Becky Lynch for the Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam
An amazing match and a Match of the Year candidate for sure.
- Fall 1: Bayley pinned Lyra Valkyria with a quick roll-up.
- Fall 2: Lyra Valkyria evened the score with her own counter into a pinning combination.
- Fall 3: In a hard-fought final fall, Bayley had Valkyria in a crossface submission. Valkyria managed to escape by using the ropes and then hit her finisher, the Nightwing, to secure the final pinfall and the win. This earned her the SummerSlam title shot against Becky Lynch.
Bayley looked dejected and angry on the floor. Becky Lynch, dressed in red and yellow, comes to the ring to confront Lyra.

Jackie interviews Stephanie Vaquer. Vaquer is proud to represent WWE at Clash in Paris. Chelsea Green interrupts. She feels she would be a better representative. She is Canadian after all.
Nikki Bella vs. Chelsea Green
Nikki Bella, in her first singles match back on Raw in nearly seven years defeated Chelsea Green with her signature move, the Rack Attack 2.0. After the match, Chelsea Green and The Secret Service (Alba Fyre and Piper Niven) attacked her but Stephanie Vaquer came out to make the save.
Winner: Nikki Bella
The New Day and Grayson Waller chat to Adam Pearce about tag team opportunities. Pearce informs Dom that his medical condition will be reevaluated despite his doctor’s note. If he is cleared to compete, he will face AJ Styles at SummerSlam.
Byron chats with American Made. They know El Grande Americano is Ludwig Kaiser.
Jackie interviews Rusev. Sheamus appears. He informs Rusev that they will have a rematch.
Rusev people says people call him God, but maybe he is a saint getting rid of Irish snakes.
Gunther addresses the crowd. He is thrilled to have retired Goldberg. He asks Who’s next? Bron Breakker comes out with Paul Heyman. Heyman warns Gunther that Bron is the “Next Big Thing” and will dethrone Gunther at SummerSlam once he wins the Gauntlet match.
World Heavyweight Championship #1 Contender’s SummerSlam Gauntlet Match – LA Knight, Bron Breakker, CM Punk and Penta
- Bron Breakker vs. Penta: Bron Breakker eliminated Penta with a thunderous spear after stopping Penta’s springboard attempt.
- Bron Breakker vs. LA Knight: Bron Breakker continued his dominant run, eliminating LA Knight with another spear.
- Bron Breakker vs. Jey Uso: Bron Breakker eliminated Jey Uso after Bronson Reed interfered, helping Breakker to hit a spear on Uso.
- Bron Breakker vs. CM Punk: Bronson Reed again attempted to interfere but Jey Uso returned to neutralize Reed. This allowed CM Punk to hit the GTS (Go To Sleep) on Bron Breakker securing the pinfall and the victory.
Winner: CM Punk
After the match, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed continued their assault on CM Punk and Jey Uso. This led to the shocking return of Roman Reigns who came to the aid of Uso and Punk. Reigns acknowledged Jey but Punk? Not really. Reigns is standing tall to close the show.
