Joe Cazana and his NWA Southeast-JCP territory have been at odds with Tommy Henry’s Kross Fire Wrestling promotion in East Tennessee. But things have boiled over, and now Cazana has his sons, The Country Gentlemen, doing his dirty work in the Main Event as they face Henry and Hunter in tag team action in what can be described as a brawl for the ages
Of course, The Gentle will assure you that they’re gonna play it, “By the Book.”
We come to you from the PowerrrStation at the WEDU PBS studios in Tampa, FL. Joe Galli, William Patrick Corgan, and Danny Dealz have the call, and your First Match of the Night is…

Natalia Markova vs. Kelsey Heather
Heather has been involved in promotions such as SHINE and WoW, and most recently, TNA. The former cheerleader has a lot to prove in the NWa, as Markova is making the case why she is the only number one contender to challenge Kenzie Paige for The Burke, who will be in action tonight.
To quote the philosophers, FTR, Heather is not just flips but fists as she matches well with The Russian Crush early in the match. They both come down to the mat with the split legs drop, facing each other, and they go into punches, or as Dealz says, “it’s a split fest.” It’s Markova who wins with a split leg drop to Heather’s throat, and then they battle on the apron edge. Heather pushes her to the ring post and then hits a DDT to Markova on the steel steps.
They battle on the outside, and Heather lands a dropkick as Markova hits the concrete floor. She slides her back in the ring and covers for a two count, and they swing for the fences. Markova has the wrist control and drills Heather with a knee lift for a count of two. Heather whips her to the corner and rushes, but Markova side steps as she crashes into the turnbuckles. She connects with a missile dropkick to Heather, and Markova covers for a near fall. A whip to the corner, and as she runs after Heather, she eats a back elbow. She throws Markvoa to the mat and connects with a standing moonsault for another count of two. Heather attempts a backslide, and Markova blocks it, but Heather counters with a split-legged jawbreaker. It isn’t long before she whips Heather into the corner and delivers the Beautiful Destruction for the pin and the win.
Your Winner via Pinfall: Natalia Markova
Tommy Henry and Hunter cut a promo from the back ahead of their match, and they promise Joe Cazana that once they’re done with the Country Gentlemen, the NWA territory president and Mama Cazana will need to pick up their boys after they’re done.
Strong words ahead of the main event.
Eric Smalls calls out Mike Knox and Trevor Murdoch after getting punked out by both men on last week’s POWERRR. He doesn’t care which one steps up to him in singles competition, because when you face Smalls, you’ll get hit in the…err, lower extremities.
(Yeah, I know it doesn’t rhyme. Get over yourself.)
At the Culbreath Isles estate, the Attorney talks to the assembled parties about who will be qualified and who will be disqualified from the will proceedings of the late Mr. Bleer. All present (such as Aron Stevens, Tyler Francks, Natalia Markova, Tommy Henry, and Kenzie Paige) made the cut. Bryan Idol gets disqualified, and when Idol questions it, the Attorney asks if he also wants to withdraw Markova from the proceedings. He quickly changes his tune, and we will see next week what that will mean.
But let’s head back to the ring for your next match between…

Colby Corino vs. JAC
Jesse Alexander Carter, as Galli points out, bills himself as the King among Monsters, and at 6’3″, 264 pounds, the Kross Fire wrestler definitely can make the case, especially since he has done tours in Japan.
As the match gets underway, JAC uses his size against Corino, but The Prince of Old School is still up for the fight. He gives a headscissors takedown to JAC, but then eats a clothesline, and the MonSTAR follows with a Razor’s Edge powerbomb to an exploder suplex for a two count. Corino is taking quite the punishment from the larger JAC, and he punctuates it with a clothesline in the corner. Corino is still in the fight as he lands with a springboard flatliner for a one count. He attempts a springboard cutter, but JAC shrugs off and slams him into the corner and follows with a second rope elbow drop for another count of two. They battle up the top turnbuckle, and Corino dumps him to the mat, and connects with a swanton that bowls over JAC. Corino fires up and catches his boots in the corner and gives JAC a lungblower, followed by a neckbreaker for another near fall. As JAC tries another high-risk maneuver in the corner, Corino flips over the big man and gives him a powerbomb for two. A tornado DDT later, and Corino has JAC in the electric chair and delivers the EL Driver for the three count.
Your Winner via Pinfall: Colby Corino
After the match, Aron Stevens and Carson Drake come out, and Stevens runs down Corino living in the shadow of his father. He says “Junior Corino” has left th building, but points out Drake listened to reason and is now following under his tutelage, which prompts fans to chant, “We don’t care!@”
Father James Mitchell is out, and here’s what he has to say:
“Aron Stevens: You are a liar and a cheat. You’re a coward, and a con artist, a regular scoundrel. In point of fact, you, sir, are the kind of low-life scumbag that would poison a blind man’s dog and steal his cane.
However, despite all of those admirable traits, you still have a negative side, because from where I stand, you’re in my way, stepping on my toes, on my turf, and there’s only room in hell for one unrepentant sinner. That means one of us has to go, and if I have my way, it will be you.”
Bold words from the Sinister Minister. Not to be outdone, Stevens rebuts in his finest Mick Jagger style:
“Please allow me to introduce myself. I’m the manager with the handsome face. Been managing for about two years, laid many fools down to waste.
Pleased to meet you. Hope you know my name is the mayor of debonair, the boss player. So be aware, because you just can’t compare my words. They cut through ya…(to the crowd) I wasn’t finished!
Let me explain something to you. I am by far the smartest man in this industry today. Number one, I don’t make a deal with the devil. Number two, you’ve been around for a long, long, long, long, long time more than anybody in this room. You’re not going anywhere, and I am handsome, charming, and talented. Let’s just say I’m going to be in it for a minute. We’re not going anywhere. But you challenged me, and I will accept your challenge. Now you have your gaggling fools, or whatever you’d like to call them. BFT is not in the country tonight. In fact, they are in Dubai, making money, because that’s what it’s all about. But tonight, see, I have a lot of friends, and I have a lot of people that owe me, so if you want to challenge me to try to one-up me, we’ll do that tonight. I will get a team, and we will get it on.”
As Drake adds a cackle at the end, I want to see what they have in store.
Murdoch and Knox look “worried” for about a minute about who will face Smalls, but Murdoch chuckles and says he’ll take him on in a one-on-one competition.
Meanwhile, at the BitCrush, Mel (aka The Cashier) has Tiffany Nieves hanging out in the store, and he asks her about…” him.” She clues in that he means Dr. Viktor, and she says it’s going good and he’s so positive. Mel wonders what it has to do with wrestling, and La Princesa points out that she has a plan and knows everything about positivity, communication, and education. She is not afraid to talk to anyone.
We get a promo by El Dragón Nihan, and he wants to answer the challenge of Thom Latimer by announcing that his competition has arrived. He says that Latimer should look into these eyes, and they tell the truth. Nihon promises he will take everything from him. He ends by telling us he’s never told a lie in front of the camera, and he is the dragon and the fire that everything consumes.
Pretty intense dude, and I got a week to figure out more about him.
Markova joins at commentary for title action for the…

NWA Women’s World Championship: Kenzie Paige(c) vs. Karissa Rivera
This is the former NXT member Elektra López making her debut in the NWA. As they lock up, Rivera makes a statement as she womanhandles the champ. But Paige is no shrinking violet either and gives her a boot to the midsection and follows with a headscissors takedown. A basement dropkick later sends Rivera out of the ring. Paige tosses back in, but Rivera quickly recovers and returns the receipt with a dropkick to cover, but Paige kicks out at two. She tackles the champ in the corner, and Rivera whips her to the other side of the ring. As she picks her up for a slam, Paige reverses for a roll up, but Rivera escapes. Paige now counters with a sling blade and runs the ropes for a crossbody, and Rivera catches her and hits the Electric Bomb (spinning sidewalk slam) for a close two count. Paige stops playing around as she gives the upstart a high thrust kick, and then a Kenzie Cutter ends it decisively.
Your Winner, and Still NWA Women’s World Champion: Kenzie Paige
Paige stares down Markova until the ref separates them, and the champ walks away with the Burke held high…for now.
Now for the Main event between…
The Country Gentlemen (AJ and KC Cazana, with Joe Cazana) vs. Tommy Henry and Hunter
As Dealz puts it, this is going to be an “I-40 throwdown” for those of you reading this in East Tennessee. Hunter starts against AJ, and he’s able to hold his own against the Bullheaded Brute. A tag to Henry, and head of Kross Fire lights up AJ with punches of his own. Henry is absolutely livid, but Hunter tries to tell his mentor to calm down and send him back to the corner, and then he gives KC a spinning headscissors takedown, and then Henry tags in and works his midsection. As the ref tries to separate both men in the corner, KC gives him a haymaker to stun the patriarch of KFW.
Now the tables have turned, and White Lightning gives a Fargo strut (or, as Dealz points out, it may be argued to call it a “White Lightning Strut”) to a leg drop and taunts a tag to Hunter. He and AJ cut the ring in half as Henry is caught in the Kross Fire, if you will. Even Papa Joe interferes as the Gentlemen distract the ref while he chokes Henry on the bottom ropes. Henry tries to fight his way out and rolls through a double clothesline for the hot tag to Hunter, and he lays both Gentlemen out with a missile dropkick. Then he knee lifts both men in the corners, followed by a springboard dropkick to AJ. The Cazanas powder out of the ring, and Hunter is on fire and gives the Gentlemen an Asai moonsault to the floor. He leaps back to the apron, but AJ pulls him off and lays in a haymaker. He rams his back to the post, and as he winds up for another punch, Hunter ducks out in time as AJ injures his fist. All four men brawl to the back as this has gone past a slobberknocker and has become a war of attrition, with neither side giving signs of letting up. The Gentlemen use all sorts of weaponry, like pizza boxes and chairs. Even Kylie Paige gets in the mix as she climbs on AJ’s back and starts wailing on him. Papa Joe slams the rule book on Kylie, and AJ drives the edge of a chair to Hunter’s throat. KC gets Henry in a rear-naked choke, and AJ uses his branding iron on Hunter’s throat. Both Cazanas finally make Henry and Hunter pass out, and Papa Joe tells his sons that’s enough, so I guess…
Your Winners(?): The Country Gentlemen
You can get the sense this feud is far from over, but that will be a subject for next time on NWA POWERRR as the show comes to a close.
