The TMDK team of Robbie Eagles and Kosei Fujita and last year’s winners have continued to dominate B Block at NJPW’s Super Jr. Tag League tournament. In Niigata, Japan, They took on the rag tag team of Yuki Yoshioka and KUSHIDA in the main event.
Kushida had Fujita in all sorts of trouble with the Hoverboard Lock in the middle of the ring. Eagles manages to free Fujita with a splash on Kushida from the top rope. Eagles drop kicks Yuki to the floor and takes him out with a dive. Kushida kicks out of the T Bomb but needs to be saved by Yuki after a cutter from Eagles. A modified double spinebuster on Kushida eventually puts him away.

El Desperado & KUUKAI versus House of Torture (Dick Togo and Yoshinobu Kanemaru)
The fight immediately goes to the floor. Togo gets whipped through five rows of chairs. Kuukai has had enough of the House. He dives onto them sending them flying on the arena floor. Kuukai tries his slingshot cutter off a corner but Kanemaru cuts him off. Kanemuru shoves Kuukai into the official. Kanemaru trips Kuukai into the ropes. Togo throws powder into his face from the floor. Kanemaru rolls him up for the pin.

YAMATO and Tiger Mask vs. Robbie X and Taiji Ishimori
Ishimori bounces off the ropes nailing Yamato with a kick to the head. He then hits Mask with a jumping knee. X gives Mask a tornado kick in a corner. Magic Killer and X Press from X pins Mask.
