In today’s NJPW Super Junior Tag League action, Clark Connors continued to try and bring out the best in his Young Lion partner Daiki Nagai. So far they haven’t won a single bout. Their path didn’t get any easier tonight when they faced the House of Torture team of DOUKI and SHO.
Naturally, House attacks before the bell can even ring. They fight back though putting the boots to Sho with Connors just tearing at his face. They take times lighting him up with chops in a corner. Douki though pulls Nagai out of the ring slamming him on the floor. The House picks up Connors crotching him on a steel post. Douki rammed Nagai’s back against a steel post. Sho grabbed a steel chair smashing and ramming it into Nagai’s back.
Back in the ring, Douki put Nagai in a Boston Crab while Sho kept Connors at bay. Nagai did make it to the ropes on his own though. Douki retrieved Connors’ car tire from under the ring and his pipe. In the ring, he bashed the tire with the pipe…not causing much damage at all. Douki puts Nagai into a Sharp Shooter. Connors, instead of saving Nagai, cheers him on from the floor, pushing him to grab the ropes. Nagai finally makes it and the crowd cheers in response.
Sho shoves Connors into the official and punches Connors in the “lower abdomen”. Nagai stops Sho from using his wrench knocking him to the mat with a haymaker. Douki brings in his pipe. Nagai dodges, shoves Douki to the ropes. Connors hits him with his tire. Nagai puts Douki in a Boston Crab. Douki pulls in the official so that Sho can nail Nagai in the head with the black mirror. Douki rolls Nagai over pinning him.

Skateboard Bros (Ryusuke Taguchi and Dragon Dia) versus United Empire (Templario and Jakob Austin Young)
Templario put Dragon Dia into the Electric Chair so that Templario could walk the ropes and nail him with a flying clothesline. Taguchi had to break up the pin. Taguchi leaps off Young’s back to drop kick Templario. Dia takes out Young on the floor so that Taguchi can pin Young in a roll-up…with a handful of tights.
