It was a mix of A Block and B Block action on Day Two of the NJPW Super Junior Tag League tournament. In the main event it was the odd pairing of Ryusuke Taguchi and Dragon Dia against the House of Torture pairing of DOUKI and SHO.
As Dia took Sho out on the floor Taguchi put Douki in an ankle lock submission in the middle of the ring. Taguchi switched that into a Dodon (Chickenwing facebuster)…for a two count. A determined Taguchi slapped on the ankle lock again. As Douki reached for the ropes to break the hold, Dragon swung through the ropes drop kicking him in the face. Douki continued to fight off the hold. Sho tried to enter the ring with Douki’s metal pipe but Red Shoes and Dia held him back. Dia gains control of the pipe but that draws the attention of Red Shoes.
Douki rolls out of the ankle lock. The momentum sends Taguchi into the ropes. Sho nails Taguchi with the black mirror. Douki pins him.
