Greetings and salutations! We are days removed from Victory Road and days from NXT Showdown and Bound for Glory. This episode of TNA is a busy one that will be main evented by a TNA Knockouts title match as The Elegance Brand takes on The IInspiration. Also on the card we have:
- The King’s Speech with special guest TNA Knockouts World Champion Kelani Jordan
- Nic Nemeth vs. Home Town Man
- Tasha Steelz vs. Alisha Edwards
- Angel Warriors in action
With all of that and more, let’s get to the action.
Frankie Kazarian gives “The King’s Speech
Kazarian demanded congrats from the crowd as he is the new TNA International Title at Victory Road. Kazarian mocked all of the other champs except for the World Champion Trick Williams. Kazarian brought out new TNA Knockouts World Champion Kelani Jordan, who will captain the TNA Women’s team at Showdown against the NXT Women’s team. Kazarian called Jordan a fluke champion and then Jordan ran throuugh all of her accolades and accomplishments. Kazarian then said that the only reason Trick Williams is the champion is because he beat Joe Hendry, and not him.
.@WWENXT's @kelani_wwe is NO FLUKE!

This brought out Trick Williams. Trick calls himself an “emperor” if Frankie Kazarian is a king. Williams called Kazarian “second rate,” as he reminded everyone he was carrying two brands. Trick says that he was responsible for all the attention TNA was getting, and not because of the Hardys. This brought out Matt Hardy (not Jeff). Matt says that everyone in the ring is just running down TNA to make themselves look big. Kazarian asked where Jeff was and he joked that he wasn’t allowed in the country (Canada). X-Division Champion Leon Slater came out to defend Jeff. Then Kelani Jordan who was awkwardly still standing around called out Indi Hartwell. Indi came out and said she had the support of the fans and the locker room to fulfill her dream of being TNA Knockouts World Champion. Everyone in this segment then talks on the mic over one another and Santino is FINALLY out to restore some order. Marella accused them of being like high school children and books a 6-person tag match with everyone shouting at each other, and put Mike Santana on commentary for the match as well.
WE’VE GOT A MATCH! @indi_hartwell, @LEONSLATER_ & @MATTHARDYBRAND take on @kelani_wwe, @_trickwilliams & @FrankieKazarian and @Santana_Proud joins commentary RIGHT NOW on #TNAiMPACT!

Matt Hardy, Leon Slater, & Indi Hartwell vs. Trick Williams, Frankie Kazarian & Kelani Jordan
Williams held Slater open for a cheap shot from Jordan, who wouldn’t do it. So Kazarian went for the cheap shot and Slater ducked. This allowed Hardy to get the tag and cleared house. Hardy then knocked Williams’ head into the turnbuckles many times. Hardy hit a Side Effect for a near fall. Hardy went for the Twist of Fate on Williams, but Kazarian ran in, so Hardy caught him and DDT’d both Kazarian and Williams. Hardy finally hit a Twist of Fate on Williams. Moments later, Kazarian tried for the chicken wing on Hardy, but he escaped and tagged in Slater. Hartwell tagged in and hit Kazarian with an elbow off the top rope. Hardy pulled Williams out of the ring. As Williams was trying to get back into the ring, he detoured and got into Mike Santana’s face. Hardy whipped Kazarian into Williams, who collided with Santana. Since Santana didn’t initiate the contact, he was free to beat up on Williams, which he did. Back in the ring, Slater hit Kazarian with a Swanton 450 to get the pinfall.
Wiinners: Matt Hardy, Leon Slater, & Indi Hartwell
After the match, Santana held up the TNA World Championship!
.@MATTHARDYBRAND is trying to DELETE @_trickwilliams!

We get another awesome hype video for Mike Santana as he prepares to take on Trick Williams at Bound for Glory for the TNA World Title. Santana sat in a chair in an empty ring while Amazing Red had a chat with him. They talk about the early days of TNA when Amazing Red and Homicide took TNA by storm. Red says they opened doors for guys like Mike Santana, who let someone come into TNA and disrespect them by taking the championship from TNA. Santana said that he invited Red and Homicide to watch him win the title at Slammiversary, but they only saw disappointment. Santana says he can make everything right by winning the title at Bound for Glory.

Nic Nemeth (w/ Ryan Nemeth in a Home Town Mask) vs. The Home Town Man
Another short one. Ryan distracted the Home Town Man, but Home Town Man still got he advantage as the match started. Home Town Man hit a TKO out of an airplane spin for a near fall. Home Town elbow drop was followed up with the Home Town Slice, but Ryan put Nic’s foot on the rope to break up the pin attempt. The Home Town Man hit Ryan with a dive on the floor, but when he got back in the ring, Nic hit him with a superkick and the Danger Zone to get the pinfall.
Winner: Nic Nemeth

Tasha Steelz (w/ Order 4) vs. Alicia Edwards (w/ The System)
Edwards splashed Steelz in the corner for a near fall. Steelz came back with a Falcon Arrow for a near fall of her own. Edwards blocked a cutter but got hit with a superkick for two. Steelz gave a signal of the members of Order 4, who started arguing with the members of the System. The ref dealt with that, and that allowed Ali to slip Steelz a kendo stick. Edwards got the kendo stick, nailed Steelz, and hit an inverted pedigree like move for the win.
Winner: Tasha Steelz
After the match, both women continue to brawl until Order 4 and The System separate the two. The System stands tall in the ring with Order 4 outside.

Tessa with a solid promo, where she calls out Gia Miller for not belonging inside the squared circle. She explains that Blanchard got Miller into Highspots wrestling school with her trainer George South, but Miller wasn’t cut out for it. Instead, she went to Mike Jackson’s school, who Blanchard regards as a nothing and no one, a jobber. Blanchard tells Miller to back up her bags and leave because that’s all she’s capable of.
Tessa Blanchard has no respect for @MeanGiaMiller!@VIX_CROW
