The reinvigorated Jon Moxley is slowly but surely putting his WWE past behind him as he continues to dominate the NJPW G1 Climax tournament.
Moxley is on a four match winning streak. He now leads B Block with 8 points, 2 points over his NJPW rival Juice Robinson who sits in second place with 6 points. Moxley beat Robinson for the IWGP United States Championship during his first match in NJPW. Moxley is the only member of B Block to remain undefeated.

The latest victim of the Deathrider was Los Ingobernables de Japon’s Shingo Takagi, who is no pushover having won all of his matches during the Best of Super Juniors tournament a few months ago.
Moxley charged right at Shingo not even waiting for the bell to ring. The two bulls butted heads, getting into each other’s faces.
The bell rang. They exchanged forearm shots to the head. Moxley put an end to the slugfest by biting Shingo’s head backing him into a corner. The Dragon and the Deathrider took turns laying combination strikes on each other in that corner. Shingo could be seen already bleeding from his mouth.
Moxley took a hard hit when Shingo caught him as he dove through the ropes giving him a Death Valley Driver on the floor. Moxley smashed Shingo hard off the ringside barricade and the steel post.
“You want to get nuts? I give zero f—ks!” Moxley growled into the camera.
Red Shoes admonished Moxley for setting up a table on the floor as well as smacking Shingo’s head off of it. Moxley shook Red Shoes’ hand and bowed to him after he admonished him again but this time for stepping on Shingo’s throat, choking him out.
It didn’t take long for things to spiral out of control again. On the floor, Moxley wrapped a steel chair around Shingo’s ankle then hit it with a steel chair. While Moxley paced around the ring, Shingo struggled to his feet and beat Red Shoes’ count.
Shingo barely made it back into the ring only to receive a Regal Knee to the face. Shingo’s Made in Japan could not pin Moxley. It took two exposed Regal Knees to the head and a Texas Cloverleaf to make Shingo submit.

Juice Robinson versus Toru Yano
Robinson made short work of Yano with the Left Hand of God and Pulp Friction.
Winner: Juice Robinson.
Hirooki Goto Versus Taichi
Taichi throws the official into Goto. Miho hands him the microphone stand. Goto disarms him with a head butt hurling the microphone out of the ring. As Goto attempts a GTR, Taichi pulls the official in. A low blow and a roll-up pins Goto. Goto’s chances of winning the tournament are now very low.
Winner: Taichi.
Jeff Cobb Versus Jay White
The official is laid out. Cobb slams an interfering Gedo. A low-blow, a sleeper suplex and Blade Runner pins Cobb.
Winner: Jay White.
Tomohiro Ishii Versus Tetsuya Naito
Naito and Ishii have a back and forth, knock-down-drag-out fight. Naito pins Ishii with Destino.
Winner: Tetsuya Naito.
In other matches:
Bullet Club (Chase Owens, Yujiro Takahashi and Bad Luck Fale) defeated Yuya Uemura, Tomoaki Honma and Will Ospreay. Takahashi pinned Uemura with a DDT. Fale battered Ospreay after the bell to soften him up for their match on the weekend.
Suzuki-gun (Minoru Suzuki, Lance Archer and Zack Sabre Jr.) defeated Los Ingobernables de Japón (Bushi, Sanada and Evil). Bushi was pinned by Suzuki and the Gotch Piledriver.
Shota Umino and Hiroshi Tanahashi were victorious over Ren Narita and Kota Ibushi. Tanahashi pinned Narita with a Slingblade.
Toa Henare, Yoshi-Hashi and Kazuchika Okada defeated Karl Fredericks, Clark Connors and Kenta. Okada and Kenta had a stare down after the match. Yoshi-Hashi made Connors submit to the Butterfly Lock.
