Following his electrifying debut at Wrestle Dream, Ilja Dragunov makes his All Elite Wrestling debut against ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey. Ospreay and Copeland team up to face the Don Callis Family. A returning Maya World meets Queen Aminata to find out who’ll become the #1 contender for the TBS Championship. Let’s get this started.
AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator: The Young Bucks vs Jake Doyle and Mark Davis
A complete annihilation by the two big men, not allowing the Bucks even a second to take a breather. Throwing around Nick like a pinball, then a powerbomb on the barricade and the timekeeper’s table. Back in the ring, Doyle gave Nick a suffocating bearhug, while Davis ended things with his patented piledriver. Thus earning them a shot at the titles for Full Gear.
Winners – Jake Doyle and Mark Davis
Will Ospreay and Adam Copeland vs Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight
It is Cope and Knight to start the proceedings. Cope tried to keep things grounded but unable to on the young highflyer. A bit later, we continue with Ospreay and Fletcher ad legal men. Some big off sneaky tactics had the family able to take control properly. Not for long as their opponents were able to mount a comeback, in the end however it was still the family as a sheer drop brain buster by Fletcher was able to hold down Cope.
Post Match, as is tradition the rest of the Don Callis Family join the attack. The Young Bucks, Darby Allin and a returning Steven Borden came out to make the save. Borden gets a mic and lays it out clearly. Blood and Guts.
Winners – Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher
Swerve Strickland vs Tome Filip
Strickland blinsides Filip with a housecall even before the bell rang, then a Vertebreaker got the job done.
Winner – Swerve Strickland
Jay White and Orange Cassidy vs Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia
White and Garcia begin the match, despite all his efforts it is mostly White getting the better of Garcia. Some double team action by the pair on Garcia. The Deathriders did briefly get the upper hand, didn’t matter though as a Bladerunner by the Switchblade had the unlikely duo get the victory.
Winner – Jay White and Orange Cassidy
We are with Renee Paquette backstage talking to the new Trios Champions ‘Hangman’ Adam Page and Brodido. Swerve Strickland soon barged in demanding a rematch for Full Gear, which was accepted. Strickland than proceeded to remind about their Texas Death Match three years ago and then made it the stipulation for the rematch.
Back in the ring, Renee Paquette introduces the AEW Women’s World Champion Mercedes Mone. She addresses her nose still being broken and how that didn’t stop her from beating Willow and Thekla. She wants to know who’s next, Marina Shafir comes out and tells her not to be a p*ssy. Mone didn’t take gladly to that and leaves the ring.
AEW Continental Championship Eliminator: Jon Moxley vs Roderick Strong
Both men trying to find an opening before a chop rocked Mox for a bit. Despite multiple attempts neither could say they had the definitive advantage. A Strong hold looked like it might get the job done but the champion got out of it, afterwards a Bulldog Choke got Mox the victory over the former Trios Champion.
Post Match, Dogs started attacking Strong which was put to a stop by Mox. They then started attacking him and Kidd who tried to peacekeep. Things started breaking down where it looks like the Bang Bang Gang and Dogs are working together against the Death Riders and Conglomeration.
Winner – Jon Moxley

We then head to the ring as Justin Roberts introduces Nick Wayne. The 21 year old reminds us of what he did at Wrestle Dream, that is best Chris Jericho again, meaning Jericho has to apologise. Eventually Jericho does come out, despite the slight transgressions by Wayne, Jericho does give him his apology and also put over Wayne.

TBS Championship #1 Contenders Match : Queen Aminata vs Maya World
Champion Persephone and Dr Britt Baker DMD join commentary for this one. The two women go at it and Aminata looks for Chocolate Kisses but World breaks out of it. Great finishing strech with a ton of nearfalls, but it was Aminata who came out on top with Off With Her Head.
Post Match, Persephone and Baker were looking to get the jump on Aminata but World and Hyan evened the odds. The match is made official for next week’s Dynamite.
Winner – Queen Aminata
Ilja Dragunov vs ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey
The Cheers for Dragunov gets even bigger as the bell rings. The two go at it and Bailey avoids a huge chop by the Czar. Dueling chants for both the men from the crowd. It is a striking exhibition of the highest quality as both throw some very strong blows to each other. In the end, Bailey had him primed for Omega Weapon but Dragunov doesn’t let that happen. Successive D-bomb’s earns him the victory. What a match, that was incredible.
Winner – Ilja Dragunov
