Take it away, Sum 41!
Tony Schiavone is in the ring, introducing the one-on-one face-to-face between AEW Men’s World Champion Samoa Joe and his challenger next week at Winter is Coming Eddie Kingston! Everyone else is barred from ringside. The crowd chants “EDDIE!” and Samoa Joe jabs at Schiavone’s hair, telling him to leave the ring.
Joe jabs at the crowd, too. He says HOOK’s education was important and Joe used Kingston as a plant. The crowd is not thrilled but Kingston himself is already peeved. Joe says he knows Kingston won’t get it done again. He says he’s going to choke out Kingston.
Kingston says Joe sold his soul out HARD. Kingston taught HOOK perseverance. He says he gets shit done when he yells and screams. He doesn’t know or respect this version of Joe. Kingston says Joe now is who he used to hate in the sport. Kingston wants the Samoa Joe that he respected. If that Joe doesn’t show up, Kingston will eat him alive.
