As we get closer to All Out next week Saturday, AEW is back tonight with another episode of Dynamite that promises a Street Fight between Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm and Skye Blue of the Triangle of Madness.
Expect shenanigans.
As if that wasn’t enough, Ricochet takes on Shelton Benjamin, Alex Windsor and Riho face Emi Sakura and TBS Champion Mercedes Mone, and AEW Men’s World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page squares off against Josh Alexander of the Don Callis Family.
Let’s get it on!
Bryan Danielson’s music hits right as the show opens and the crowd is pumped for him to join the commentary desk full-time!
1. AEW Men’s World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page vs. Josh Alexander of the Don Callis Family in a Grudge Match
Rocky Romero and Don Callis accompany Alexander out.
The two trade slobber-knockers right as the bell rings. This is emotionally charged for Page, understadnably so after what the Don Callis Family did the Kenny Omega last week.
As is to be expected, the crowd pulls out the same chant (you know the one) they repeat whenever Don Callis is involved.
Page goes for a vault over the ropes to the outside but gets a fist to the jaw. The crowd chants “BALD!” and it’s unclear whether it’s aimed at Alexander or Callis.
The Walking Weapon just knocked Hangman out of the sky!

Alexander grabs the champion’s ankle outside the ring but Page uses his free leg to land a kick to the jaw. He later uses the vault again, this time connecting and knocking down his opponent.
Page hits a Fall Away Slam and then a Death Valley Driver. Alexander ducks the Buckshot and hits a German Suplex. They fight out to the ramp and Alexander lands on his head and neck on the cement.
Page kicks out of a pinfall attempt but Alexander gets him right into an ankle lock. He fights out and Page gets a Deadeye on the outside of the ropes. He hits a Moonsault and gets attacked by Lance Archer but he fights it off and drops Rocky Romero into Archer.
Buckshot Lariat.
Winner: AEW Men’s World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page.
He grabs a mic after a hard-fought match. He calls out MJF for changing the stipulations. He’s a fighting champion and he says the most important word in AEW is Wrestling.
Kyle Fletcher’s music hits and he comes out in a suit, accompanied by Don Callis who was just out. Fletcher says Page’s sentiment doesn’t matter, the crowd raining boos over him. He says he and the Don Callis Family run AEW. He reminds Page of his proposal from Saturday. He wants an answer for the challenge.
(Shout out the fan wearing an Eagles #92 jersey! It’s the best year).
Fletcher enters the ring and asks for an answer again. Page takes a moment and says he sees “a man full of potential yet he can’t put on his socks”. The camera shows Fletcher’s bare ankles.
Page says he has it all but all he sees is himself six years ago. He says Fletcher is not ready. Fletcher says he’s not even at his prime yet and he’s only going to get better. He says he’s ready to carry the weight of the world and the company.
Page says he’ll give him a shot on one condition. He needs Fletcher to do it himself, to earn it. No Don Callis or Family. The challenge is accepted and Fletcher says he’s going to win. He says Page will say his full name, including the belts in his title.
There’s a stipulation yet to be determined for MJF vs. Mark Briscoe at All Out. MJF, fresh off his marriage to Alicia Atout Friday, says he’s married to the game. He’s ready for whatever Briscoe has.
Renee Paquette is backstage and catches up with the Young Bucks. They’re not thrilled with the catering. They sit down with Brandon Cutler and he wants nothing to do with them. Jon Moxley shows up. He tells them they’re still Matt and Nick Jackson. “Show up to win.” He offers his share of the prize money in tonight’s main event.
2. Mercedes Mone and Emi Sakura vs. Alex Windsor and Riho
The CEO is livid as her music gets cut off for Windsor’s entrance.
Riho starts againse Mone. They get into the corner and Sakura tags in, going after her mentee. She goes for a quick cover but Riho fights it off.
Windsor tags in and uses her power advantage. Windsor offers her back as a launchpad for Riho, who lands a massive elbow to Mone’s jaw.
They set it up like this:
Great teamwork from Alex Windsor and Riho!

Windsor knocks down both opponents on the outside, followed by Riho who keeps them down longer.
Mone gets Riho in the middle, pulling her arms behind her back. Riho gets into the wrong corner but fights off both opponents, tagging in Windsor to go after Mone.
Windsor takes down the TBS Champion. Riho hits her signature dropkick in the ropes on Mone. Mone kicks out at two.
Riho gets hit with an Assisted Senton from Sakura and Mone with the assist. Riho sweeps Sakura’s leg. Mone breaks up the cover.
Riho locks in a Single-leg Boston Crab in the middle of the ring on Sakura and Windsor gets Mone locked up with one in the ropes. Sakura taps.
Winners: Riho and Alex Windsor.
Renee Paquette is backstage with Ricochet and Gates of Agony. He challenges Shelton Benjamin to do it alone tonight and he claims the three of them have their arms raised in Toronto at All Out.
After a commercial break, a video package airs for FTR vs. Cope and Cage in Toronto at All Out.
Big Stoke comes out firing, voicing his disdain for Philly. Dax Harwood says this should have been a dream match. He goes on a prolonged war of words, picking out fans from the crowd before dropping fists on the production crew.
FTR is inciting the 2300 Arena crowd!

Renee Paquette is backstage again, this time with The Hurt Syndicate. Benjamin says he’s honor the 1v1 challenge.
3. Ricochet vs. Shelton Benjamin
Ricochet goes for two big Drop Kicks right as the bell rings. It sounds like the crowd chants “Everyone is bald!” … If so, I must applaud them.
Benjamin takes control, using a huge knee strike into the corner of the ropes. Ricochet hits a solid Elbow Strike but seems to bounce off of Benjamin’s jaw.
Ricochet sidesteps his opponent and Benjamin goes face-first into the announce desk.
Back from commercial, Ricochet is on the top rope but Benjamin evades. Ricochet lands a knee strike but only gets a partial count on the cover.
The crowd chants “We Bald People!” to the rhythm of “We Hurt People”. Impeccable.
If anyone’s unfamiliar with Benjamin’s power, here you go:

Ricochet’s jaw gets absolutely smacked with Benjamin’s boot from the apron but he comes right back with a Spanish Fly!
Ricochet tries to use his scissors but Benjamin has it scouted. Benjamin rips the scissors in two. Gates of Agony show up. Bishop Kaun distracts the ref and Toa Liona headbutts Benjamin.
Winner: Ricochet.
MVP and Bobby Lashley show up and it’s a brawl.
We cut to HOOK saying he and Samoa Joe talked things out and they’re on good terms. He says he’s got to stand on his own … or not. He teases some new alliance.
After another break, Tony Schiavone is backstage with Don Callis and Kyle Fletcher. Callis says he’s never seen an athlete like Fletcher. That seems … impossible. I mean, he’s got like 20 of those guys in the Family right now.
4. “Timeless” Toni Storm vs. Skye Blue in a Philly Street Fight
Wipe that sand from your eyes, we’ve got a Philly Street Fight about to start!

Weapons. Weapons everywhere.
Storm has a kendo stick signed by Sandman. A stop sign, a baking pan, and a staple gun are among the weapons used almost immediately. Gotta love a good old-fashioned Philly Street Fight!

The two fight on the barricade and the violence is only just getting started. Storm gets dropped onto a steel garbage can.
An electric fly swatter gets used on Skye Blue. Storm rolls her up after a Storm Zero on a chair.
Winner: “Timeless” Toni Storm.
Triangle of Madness come out for the beat down but Kris Statlander and Jamie Hayter rush out to even the numbers. Thekla hits Storm with a Spear and grabs the title, signalling her intentions for All Out.
Renee Paquette is backstage with Willow Nightingale. She has a bone to pick with Marina Shafir. She’s interrupted by Harley Cameron who wants Nightingale to join her team with Kris Statlander. Nightingale warns her against an alliance with Statlander.
5. Brodido and The Opps vs. Death Riders (with Marina Shafir) and the Young Bucks in a $500K 5v5 Tag Match

The Young Bucks come out with the screens showing their government names and the OG Dynamite theme song – a certified banger.
Nick Jackson starts against Bandido. The Buck tries a number of pinfalls but it’s way too early. Brodido take turns tagging only each other back and forth.
Wheeler Yuta tags in and Bandido tags in Samoa Joe. The crowd knows what’s going to happen. Bryan Danielson is thrilled to see Yuta’s butt get kicked.
Shibata tags in and Yuta fights back before tagging in Claudio Castagnoli. Shibata counters into a Sleeper and Moxley inserts himself. The action breaks down and everyone’s involved. The Young Bucks hesitate and then end up matching up with Brody King and Will Hobbs. They back away. Wise choice.
There might be a second Triangle of Madness in AEW (Triangle of Meat?)
Bandido hits a Frog Splash on Castagnoli but he kicks out.
Hobbs goes after Castagnoli and Moxley. Marina Shafir distracts Hobbs and Yuta hits his back with a chair. Hobbs is less than amused.
King gets a Cannonball on Matt Jackson but he kicks out of the cover. Moxley hits a Cutter on Bandido. Castagnoli tries to take Brody King for a spin but doesn’t get any of it.
Nick Jackson gets his brother’s legs onto the rope for the cheap cover.
Winners: Death Riders and the Young Bucks.
The Death Riders single out Hobbs in the ring and Darby Allin’s music hits. He goes right after Moxley!
Allin gets hit from behind by Daniel Garcia! The crowd chants “You sold out!” Garcia seems to purposely miss the chair with Allin’s head. They set up again and he connects with the chair this time. Garcia walks off with Moxley and Shafir as the show cuts.
