Was October 2019 really six full years ago? Huh. I guess it was!
All Elite Wrestling is continuing the strong momentum in their sixth year with a massive show tonight. Kenny Omega teams up with Men’s Tag Team Champions Brodido to take on the Young Bucks and Josh Alexander, Orange Cassidy challenges TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher, “Timeless” Toni Storm makes her return to Hollywood (FL) to an a challenge from Tay Melo, and – last but certainly not least – Jurassic Express finally reunite!
Read on for all the best from tonight’s show!
Appropriately, we start off with “The Dapper Yapper” Justin Roberts is in the ring for our first match.
The Young Bucks were outside a casino earlier today and they’re making plans for doubling their money and making a call to make their entrance tonight even more grand.
One problem. Nick Jackson lost every penny.
1. Josh Alexander and the Young (read: “Broke”) Bucks vs. Kenny Omega and Brodido
Omega starts against Alexander. As is custom, the “F*@$ Don Callis!” Chants ring out.
Omega takes down Matt Jackson by gently guiding his head to the mat.
.@KennyOmegamanX PLANTS Matt Jackson into the mat!

Bandido and Omega combine to take down the Broke Bucks. He also does this, because why not do it if you can, right?
Kenny Omega dives out onto all three opponents outside the ring, followed by Bandido. The Bucks combine on Omega for a Cazadora / Cutter. Alexander gets him with a Body Block through the ropes.
After being tagged in by Omega, Brody King gets going and takes out the Bucks. Omega caps off a flurry of moves by diving out onto all his opponents (and King). Don Callis runs away from the commentary desk.
Alexander and the Bucks triple-team on Omega but he kicks out. King counters the Bucks with a huge Anti-Air and Omega takes advantage, hitting two V-Triggers on Alexander. Brodido get involved and Omega finishes Alexander off with a One-Winged Angel.
Winners: Kenny Omega and Brodido via pinfall.
Brodido leave and Alexander jumps Omega. The Bucks seem conflicted but…
HERE COME JURASSIC EXPRESS TO MAKE THE SAVE!
Omega doesn’t seem to have forgotten what Perry’s past with him entails but he hits a Tope Suicida onto the Bucks and gets them out with Luchasaurus.
Omega says it sometimes doesn’t matter how pleasant the journey is because the journey itself is the pleasure. He thanks every AEW fan and says AEW is just getting started.
The lights cut out as he finishes.
Andrade is back!
OF COURSE @THEDONCALLIS HAD A HAND IN THIS. @AndradeElIdolo has joined The Family!

He attacks Omega and aligns himself with the Don Callis Family. That’s got to be a (non-Britt) Baker’s Dozen now.
A montage of the past six years airs, telling the story of AEW through the first six years.
Mark Briscoe is backstage and calls for a time of reflection for him personally. He reflects on how MJF cost him the TNT Championship.
2. Kyle Fletcher (c) vs. “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy for the TNT Championship
Orange Cassidy gets the “Media offline” treatment on his entrance but he’s unsurprisingly unbothered. Don Callis is obviously back out with Fletcher.
Cassidy takes his time baiting Fletcher in, getting a headlock and a quick cover but Fletcher kicks out at 0.5, unimpressed. Cassidy goes for a Backslide after countering two Brainbusters.
Cassidy begins with the head games but Fletcher comes back with a high boot to drop Cassidy. He comes back with a Tope Suicida. Fletcher hits a massive kick to Cassidy’s face as he climbs the ropes, dropping him to the outside.
Back from commercial, Fletcher lands a number of kicks to Cassidy. He then forcibly gets Cassidy’s hands in his pockets before landing more kicks. Cassidy counters a drop into an Arm Drag.
Cassidy comes back with his own kicks and hits a DDT off the ropes.

Fletcher counters an Orange Punch. He then counters again and hits a Spinning Tombstone but Cassidy kicks out. Cassidy comes back with a Small Package but Fletcher kicks out at two.
Fletcher gets dropped and Cassidy is staggered on the corner. Don Callis comes to the ring but is met by Hologram. Hologram betrays Cassidy and he, too, aligns himself with the Don Callis Family.
Winner: Kyle Fletcher retains via pinfall.
The Conglomeration rush out to make the save but Hologram reveals himself as Clon, having only used Hologram’s mask.
Renee Paquette is backstage with the “CEO” Mercedes Mone. She is 16 days away from the longest TBS Championship reign ever. Mone says she’s going to put her TBS Championship on the line next week at Title Tuesday! She wants someone from Florida and she’s never wrestled at Daily’s Place. She says she’s open to tagging in pursuit of the AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship belts, which would be her 10th.
3. Death Riders (Daniel Garcia, Claudio Castagnoli, and Jon Moxley) vs. The Opps (Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs) and AEW Men’s World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page
Samoa Joe starts off against Castagnoli and the two lock up. Joe gets the upper hand as he forces Castagnoli into the corner. He goes after the eyes. But Castagnoli turns the tide and pummels Joe into the wrong corner where the Death Riders pounce.
Moxley gets tagged in and Joe smells blood. He gets a Senton before tagging in Page as Moxley tags in Garcia.
Page hits a Fallaway Slam and then pounces on Garcia on the outside, bringing him back in quickly. Here comes Powerhouse Hobbs.
He drops Moxley and Castagnoli with a Double Shoulder Tackle and does this.
.@TrueWillieHobbs is tossing @JonMoxley around like he weighs nothing!

The numbers get to him during the commercial break. Castagnoli uses his insane strength to overpower Powerhouse Hobbs. Page finally gets back in and takes out all opponents, dropping Garcia. He hits a Death Valley Driver but Garcia kicks out at two.
Hobbs comes back at Castagnoli with a Powerbomb. Page gets hit with an Aerial Elbow from Castagnoli but kicks out. He responds with a Deadeye and a Buckshot Lariat.
Winners: Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, and “Hangman” Adam Page via pinfall.
Page drops Samoa Joe’s belt and that’s not the move. Hobbs tries to play Peacemaker as the two get real close. A bunch of security guards rush out but the two come to blows as Joe’s temper gets the best of him.
JetSpeed cut a quick promo, as Kevin Knight calls out FTR for Collision. He’ll get one of them but Stoke says that he won’t known which one until they make their entrance. Willow Nightingale will be in Knight’s corner. Stoke appears to have a plan for that as well.
Renee Paquette is backstage with Page. He’s heated, understandably. He looks up to Samoa Joe and respects him, but challenges him to a title match at WrestleDream!
4. “Timeless” Toni Storm vs. Tay Melo
The two shake hands as the bell rings before they lock up. Melo goes for an Omo Plata but Storm fights out.
Melo gets Storm into an armbar on the ropes but Storm drops her opponent on the outside.

Storm comes back with a Hip Attack and Storm Zero.
Winner: “Timeless” Toni Storm via pinfall.
Storm says her loss at All Out was a moment of nothing, followed by seeing Statlander as what she was once. “Who the bloody hell am I? … Kris Statlander, I’m not finished with you!” She tells Statlander to name the time and place.
The lights go out.
A video airs for Eddie Kingston vs. Dralistico for Collision this Saturday, live coast-to-coast at 7pm EST / 4pm PST.
Samoa Joe and Hobbs are backstage. Renee Paquette catches up with them and Joe says he might have forgotten who he is, but so has Page. He’s out to remind the champion and himself.
5. Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) (with Ricochet) vs. The Swirl (Blake Christian and Lee Johnson)
Liona and Johnson start against each other. Danielson calms Ricochet’s nerves about being on the other side of the table this time.
Blake Christian gets a ton of momentum against Kaun, aided by Johnson. But Kaun uses his power to stifle the faster Christian.
.@TheKaun stops @_BlakeChristian in his tracks!

Liona tags in and continues the beatdown, isolating Christian in the wrong corner.
Toa Liona gets sent head first into the steel steps but fights back with a massive Shoulder Tackle on the outside.
Lee Johnson gets Double Spiked.
Winners: Gates of Agony via pinfall.
The Hurt Syndicate show up and MVP reminds Ricochet where they are. MVP says it was his fault The Hurt Syndicate lost at All Out. He says maybe he’s “lost a step”. He says he can still fight better than The Demand. He wants a street fight! Next week in Jacksonville, it goes down.
Renee Paquette is backstage with AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander. The match is set for WrestleDream! Storm vs. Statlander.
Alicia Atout is backstage with Kazuchika Okada, Konosuke Takeshita, and Don Callis. He challenges Brodido, putting Okada and Takeshita. Takeshita seems less than fully on-board.
6. Darby Allin and AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander vs. Wheeler Yuta and Marina Shafir in a Mixed Tornado Tag Match
Darby Allin and Kris Statlander jump their opponents as they make their entrance via a tunnel.
Thus begins the Tornado!
After getting run over early, Shafir shows off her unique take on controlling her opponent.
Back in the ring, Darby Allin sets up Wheeler Yuta for a world of hurt, but only ends up hurting himself as he flies back first into a steel chair real fast.
CRASH AND BURN!

We come back from commercial to a bunch of chairs in the ring and Darby on his stomach. Statlander fights off both opponents but Shafir spikes her head into the apron.
Yuta hits a German Suplex on Allin into a pile of steel chairs. Statlander and Shafir get on top of the timekeeper’s table and the Champion hits a Suplex, breaking the table.
Allin hits a Superplex on Yuta off the ropes, onto the pile of chairs.
Yuta has a bag of tacks but Statlander goes at him. He drops Statlander and then sets up for the tacks but gets Suplexed onto the chairs. Statlander drops Shafir’s feet onto the tacks.
Powder gets dusted into Shafir’s eyes and she chokes out Yuta, not able to see. Allin and Statlander make the cover.
Winners: Darby Allin and Kris Statlander.
“Timeless” Toni Storm comes out and Statlander and her brawl before the refs and security rush out. Allin keeps going after Yuta but is jumped by PAC. He gets choked out with the same belt he was whipping Yuta with. Moxley issues a proclamation that Allin will quit. Moxley doesn’t know how he’ll do it but he vows to win.
In recent news, Andrade El Idolo has responded to rumours that he is somehow involved with the Mexican Cartel.
