Greetings and salutations! Happy New Year to all! AEW Collision is live from the Esports Stadium Arlington in Texas and seems to be a stacked card for a random Saturday. Tonights AEW Collision will be headlined by Mark Briscoe defending the AEW TNT Championship against Hechicero, along with several trios matches. I am sure we will see some more Don Callis Family shenanigans through the night, but without further ado, let’s get to the action.

Tony Schiavone and Nigel McGuinness welcomed us to AEW Collison as the Arlington crowd loudly chanted “AEW.” The night kicked off with trios action as The Death Riders made their way to the ring, followed by SkyFlight. Jon Moxley joined commentary for the opening match.

Trios Match: The Death Riders (Daniel Garcia, Wheeler Yuta & PAC) vs. SkyFlight (Scorpio Sky, Darius Martin & Dante Martin)

A fast-paced opening contest showcased technical wrestling and aerial offense from both teams. SkyFlight had moments of momentum, particularly from Dante and Darius Martin, but outside interference proved decisive. Marina Shafir distracted the referee, allowing Wheeler Yuta to deliver a low blow to Darius Martin. PAC capitalized by locking in the Brutalizer, forcing Darius to tap out.

Winners: The Death Riders

After the match, tensions escalated as Megan Bayne appeared and powerbombed Steel following a confrontation with Marina Shafir.

Lexy Nair interviewed The Conglomeration alongside Roderick Strong. Strong clarified that he is not officially part of the group but made it clear his issues with The Death Riders are far from over. Mark Briscoe spoke confidently about the group’s momentum heading into 2026.

Brody King vs. Barrett Brown

Brody King wasted no time, overpowering Brown and finishing the match decisively with the Gonzo Bomb.

after the match, King interacted with fans before being joined by Bandido as they headed backstage together.

Josh Alexander announced that Don Callis was in Japan. Lance Archer was seen destroying security in the background as Alexander promised that the TNT Championship would return to the Don Callis Family later in the night.

El Clon (Don Callis Family) vs. Komander

An athletic and hard-hitting lucha showcase saw both competitors trading near falls and high-risk offense. Komander impressed with springboards and aerial attacks, but El Clon weathered the storm. El Clon ultimately secured the victory after delivering the Portal Bomb.

Mina Shirakawa vs. Lady Frost

Lady Frost took advantage early by attacking Shirakawa while she was distracted by a bouquet of flowers. Shirakawa quickly regained control, targeting Frost’s leg before locking in a Figure-Four Leglock, forcing Frost to tap out.

Winner: Mina Shirakawa

Mercedes Moné reflected on her dominant reign as AEW TBS Champion, listing her accomplishments before announcing she would be taking a break from AEW. Moné teased a major shift in focus upon her eventual return.

AEW TNT Championship Match: Mark Briscoe (c) vs. Hechicero

This match was something to say the least. We saw Hechicero’s relentless arm targeting against Briscoe’s grit and resilience. Despite sustained damage to his right arm, Briscoe fought back with inventive offense and pure determination. After surviving multiple counters and near falls, Briscoe connected with the Jay Driller to retain his championship.

Winner and Still AEW TNT Champion: Mark Briscoe

Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong joined Briscoe in the ring to celebrate the successful title defense.

Lexy Nair interviewed Eddie Kingston, Ortiz, and the Grizzled Young Veterans, with all parties agreeing to keep things non-physical.

Trios Match: Kris Statlander & Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale & Harley Cameron) vs. Maya World, Hyan & Vertvixen

The champions dominated much of the match with power and teamwork. Despite brief resistance from the challengers, Statlander sealed the victory with a Tombstone Piledriver on Vertvixen.

Winners: Kris Statlander & Babes of Wrath

After the match, Thekla appeared on the stage, verbally confronting the champions and teasing a showdown at Maximum Carnage.

Don Callis spoke from Tokyo about Kazuchika Okada’s Wrestle Kingdom success, but Kyle Fletcher interrupted, accusing Okada of sabotaging him. Callis redirected Fletcher’s focus back to reclaiming the TNT Championship.

JetSpeed (Kevin Knight & Mike Bailey) & Anthony Bowens vs. The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona)

An explosive main event featured constant action and chaos. Despite Bowens’ resilience and JetSpeed’s aerial attacks, miscommunication proved costly. Bowens hit Ricochet with a mollywhop, but Kaun (who was the legal man) attacked from behind and delivered the match-ending slam and that ended a night of some great action from AEW.

Winners: The Demand

After the match, a massive brawl broke out involving The Don Callis Family, The Conglomeration, JetSpeed, Komander, Roderick Strong, Max Caster, and Anthony Bowens. Mark Briscoe’s music hit as the babyfaces stood tall to close AEW Collision for tonight.
