Yota Tsuji is back in NJPW title picture once again.
In their main event match tonight, IWGP Champion Callum Newman challenged both Yota Tsuji and Shingo Takagi. If either could pin him, they would be rewarded with a shot at the championship at Dominion in Osaka Jo Hall. If the Unbound team lost though they could never challenge Callum again. Newman picked Jake Lee as his partner.
In the dying moments of the match, Tsuji gave Newman a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Newman got to his feet begging off. He then spit and punched Tsuji in the face. They traded forearm blows. Newman kicked out of a top rope Frankensteiner. With the official’s back turned, Newman low-blowed Tsuji. Shingo came back into the ring clotheslining Newman again and again. A haymaker by Shingo almost knocked Newman out. He fell into the official to keep himself upright.
Shingo low-blowed Newman. Tsuji super kicked him. Shingo gave him a Pumping Bomber. Tsuji hit the Gene Breaker spear but Jake Lee stopped the pin. As Shingo took Lee to the floor he motioned for Tsuji to finish Newman. Tsuji pinned Newman with another Gene Blaster.
Dominion in Osaka Jo Hall will take place Sunday, June 14.

Poor Honma. NJPW treats him like a Young Lion. Taichi gets the win with a pinning combination.

Yuya Uemura & Masatora Yasuda vs TMDK (Ryohei Oiwa & Kosei Fujita)
Yet, another Young Lion bites the dust. Yasuda hits the Three Amigos on Fujita but he kicks out. Fujita kicks his way out of a Boston Crab to put his Nemosu Special (surfboard, camel clutch) on Yasuda. Yasuda submits.

Boltin Oleg, Aaron Wolf & Tiger Mask vs HOUSE OF TORTURE (Ren Narita, Yujiro Takahashi & Dick Togo)
Togo scratches Oleg’s eyes to get out of a powerbomb. He finds himself between Oleg and Wolf. Togo tries to push Wolf into Oleg but cannot budge the big man. Wolf slams Togo. Oleg bounces off the ropes to splash him but Narita pulls him out of the ring. Narita strangles Wolf over the top rope. Togo is about to stomp Oleg’s “lower abdomen” but the official stops him. Togo shoves the official. The official shoves him back. Togo falls into Wolf and an arm bar submission. Togo taps out. In post-match shenanigans, Yujiro chokes out Wolf with his cane while Narita gives Oleg a conchairto to his arm with steel chairs. Wolf chases Narita to the back.
