The WWE continues to be the MVP for TKO.
TKO has reported its fourth quarter and 2025 results today with WWE leading the charge for the company.
WWE pulled in $1.7 billion, which is up 22% year-to-year. WWE not only made a lot more money than last year but kept more of each dollar it earned is becoming more profitable.
Media rights led WWE’s 2025 revenue bringing in $1.0006 billion, which up $135 million year-to-year. WWE’s deals with Netflix and ESPN led the growth to the point that media rights now represent 59% of WWE’s yearly revenue.
Live events was the next biggest money maker with $412.8 million, which is up $74.3 million from the previous year. International PLEs boosted the annual totals.
Partnerships Marketing pulled in $159.6 million, $76.6 million up year-to-year.
Consumer Products was next with $136.4 million up $25.3 million from the previous year.
Compared to TKO’s other big brand, UFC, WWE made $207 million more in revenue than UFC ($1.502 billion). WWE is now the larger revenue and contributor than UFC.
As for the bigger picture, TKO made $4.735 billion which down 3% from the previous year.
Although TKO’s core combat sports businesses are growing, increasing positive ways, the overall decline is due to the IMG segment of the business. IMG, is a a global sports, events and media company owned by TKO. In 2024, they had higher revenue because of the Paris Olympics but that revenue wasn’t present during 2025.
All in all, WWE helped drive a 47% jump in overall profitability to $1.585 billion and profitability is expanding, cash flow is strong for TKO on the whole.
