A WWE star is reportedly going to be at tonight’s episode of Raw, despite ongoing controversy surrounding the status of their contract.
PWInisder has reported that Santos Escobar is scheduled to be present backstage at tonight’s Raw at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. This report comes after Escobar’s contract supposedly expired on October 7, and that he was planning to leave the company, but on October 8, it was then reported that Escobar and WWE had come to an agreement on a new deal, and that the Mexican star signed on for an undisclosed period of time.
Escobar has not been seen on TV since the May 2 episode of SmackDown, where he was beaten by Rey Fenix in singles action. He did compete at two house shows in Mexico in July, but hasn’t wrestled since then.
