Liv Morgan’s injury is forcing the WWE to make some changes to the Evolution 2 card which is less than a month away.
Morgan suffered a shoulder injury on Raw this week during her match with Kairi Sane. It is not known how long Morgan could or will be out but severe dislocations can take four months to heal properly.
Morgan greeted a returning Nikki Bella with an Oblivion setting up what was supposed to be a tag team match between the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions in Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez against The Bella Twins.
There is speculation that if Morgan isn’t medically cleared in time the obvious choice would be for Roxanne Perez to take her place. Over the last month or so, Perez has been cozying up to The Judgment Day.
During the latest The Nikki & Brie Show, Nikki detailed how she was welcomed back to the company by the women’s locker room.
“Rhea Ripley is the nicest person ever. She’s just so cool, just the sweetest and just so beautiful. There was even a few of us talking about it but she’s just so sweet. I just love Cathy Kelley. She’s hilarious, so sweet. Scarlett, you realize what a great character Scarlett is because she’s so sweet and what she can play. There needs to be more of her,” she said.
WWE’s Evolution 2 takes place on July 13th.
In recent news, Liv Morgan is expected to be back in WWE in early 2026.
