WWE is reportedly planning to maintain its focus on celebrity involvement following WrestleMania 42.
According to a report from Fightful Select, WWE sources are said to be “extremely happy” with how celebrity appearances were handled at the event, which featured several high-profile names.
The report states that while the level of celebrity involvement may dip slightly in the immediate aftermath of WrestleMania, the company has plans to continue integrating celebrities into programming throughout the summer, likely with some major appearances to come at the two-night SummerSlam premium live event.
It was also noted that Tom Brady was approached about a potential role, though it is unclear why that did not progress.
