Rumour has it that last night’s masked man reveal is not the only WWE mystery to be solved before WrestleMania.
At Elimination Chamber, Seth Rollins was revealed to be the hooded or masked man who has been attacking and thwarting The Vision for the last few months.
Not only did he cost Bron Breakker a possible win at the Royal Rumble in January but last night he entered the Elimination Chamber, stomped Logan Paul ending his successful run which included eliminating Je’Von Evans, LA Knight and Trick Williams.
Rollins pulled off his hood and mask after the damage was done. Orton pinned Paul and then Rhodes earning a WrestleMania event match against Drew McIntyre or possibly Cody Rhodes as the two will meet for the WWE Undisputed Championship on Smackdown this Friday.
What about the attacks on Jacob Fatu and Jey Uso?
Rumour has it, it could have been Randy Orton all along as the thinking in WWE is to have Orton face Rhodes at WrestleMania for the championship. That means, of course, McIntyre is penned to lose on Smackdown and possibly take on Fatu at Mania instead. If they want to keep Orton a pure face they could have the attacks blamed on McIntyre, of course.
WrestleMania will take place on April 18th and 19th in Los Vegas.
The announced matches thus far are:
- CM Punk (c) vs. Roman Reigns – Undisputed WWE Championship
- Jade Cargill (c) vs. Rhea Ripley – WWE Women’s Championship
- Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Liv Morgan – Women’s World Championship
- Brock Lesnar Open Challenge: Brock Lesnar vs. To Be Announced
