A chaotic moment involving a popular internet celebrity proved decisive on a night that saw new champions crowned on WWE Raw.
The Vision captured the WWE World Tag Team Championship in a wild street fight last night on WWE Raw, defeating The Usos with unexpected help from iShowSpeed. The closing moments of the match saw Logan Paul retrieve brass knuckles from his mother at ringside, only for Speed, seated nearby, to intervene and attempt to stop him from using the weapon.
The situation quickly escalated when LA Knight approached. In the confusion, Speed picked up the brass knuckles and put them on, but accidentally struck Knight as he came up behind him. Clearly stunned by what had happened, Speed left the knuckles behind on the apron and backed away from the scene.
Back inside the ring, The Usos initially managed to neutralise Paul’s attempt to use the weapon. However, as the action intensified, Jimmy Uso was struck with the brass knuckles while attempting a dive. Jey Uso briefly fought back, taking out Paul, but the damage had been done.
Austin Theory capitalised on the moment, crawling over Jimmy for the pinfall to secure the victory and the titles.
IShowSpeed Celebrated With The Vision Following Their Tag Title Win On WWE Raw
Later on WWE Raw, The Vision were seen celebrating backstage alongside Speed, who appeared unsure about his role in the outcome. Paul Heyman encouraged the trio to enjoy the moment, while also hinting that The Usos would not take the loss lightly once they realised what had happened.
Speed’s involvement follows his appearance on the previous week’s Raw, where he encountered Danhausen and was seemingly cursed. In the days since, the streamer has claimed on his broadcasts that he has been experiencing a run of bad luck, something that appeared to continue during Monday’s show.
