WWE Raw took place live from Cleveland, Ohio, as the road to WrestleMania 42 continued to take shape. The show featured a new championship match set for Elimination Chamber, two qualifying bouts, and rising tensions across multiple divisions.
The night opened with Becky Lynch storming to the ring, furious over recent setbacks. Lynch said she had planned a major announcement after the Royal Rumble, but instead found herself distracted by AJ Lee’s presence backstage. She accused Lee of interfering in her career and costing her opportunities.
Lee came out and said she was only there to support Maxxine Dupri, not to cause problems. The two traded verbal shots, with Lee reminding Lynch of her recent losses to her. Lynch eventually snapped and agreed to defend the Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Lee at Elimination Chamber.
Jey Uso and Otisopened the night in a World Tag Team Title match with a respectful exchange before the pace picked up. Akira Tozawa impressed with a flurry of offence, including dives to the outside and a top-rope senton that nearly produced an upset.
The champions regrouped late in the bout, delivering a double spear before finishing with the 1-D to retain the titles.
After the match, Jey praised Alpha Academy, while Jimmy encouraged him to enter the Elimination Chamber qualifiers.
Backstage, Liv Morgan addressed the crowd alongside Dominik Mysterio, declaring herself the greatest Royal Rumble winner of all time. Stephanie Vaquer interrupted, leading to a tense exchange that ended with her slapping Dominik.
In the next match, Ivy Nile used her strength early, landing a double German suplex on both opponents. Lyra Valkyria answered with high-flying offence, but Rhea Ripley’s power proved decisive.
After Valkyria nearly secured the win with Night Wing, Ripley broke up the fall and delivered Riptide to score the victory.
Later, Finn Balor confronted CM Punk, demanding a World Heavyweight Title opportunity. Adam Pearce initially refused, noting Punk was already set to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania. Punk insisted on being a fighting champion, and the title match with Balor was eventually made official for Elimination Chamber.
The next bout quickly spilt to the outside, as Nattieused the environment to her advantage. Neither she nor Dupri returned to the ring before the ten-count.
After the bell, Nattie locked in the Sharpshooter on the announce desk. AJ Lee ran out to help Dupri, only to be attacked by Becky Lynch, who drove her into the ring post.
In the next bout, Je’Von Evans and OG El Grande Americano used speed and teamwork to overcome Bravo Americano and Rayo Americano. Evans connected with the OG Cutter, and OG El Grande Americano followed with a flying headbutt for the victory.
The main event saw LA Knight, Austin Theory, and Penta near falls in a fast-paced contest. Interference from Logan Paul and Bronson Reed nearly handed Theory the win, but a hooded figure attacked him, creating an opening.
Knight capitalised on the chaos, hitting the BFT to secure the victory and his spot in the Elimination Chamber.
Raw closed with Knight celebrating as the Elimination Chamber line-ups continued to form and tensions escalated ahead of WrestleMania 42.
