The identity of WWE’s mysterious masked attacker continues to fuel speculation following the latest episode of WWE Raw.
The hooded figure once again made his presence felt during the show’s main event, attacking Austin Theory and costing him a potential victory. Dressed entirely in black, including a full face covering, the masked man struck quickly before escaping through the crowd, keeping his identity hidden.
The storyline dates back to the 2026 Royal Rumble, when the same attacker ambushed Bron Breakker during his entrance into the Men’s Royal Rumble match. The angle continued the following night on WWE Raw, and resurfaced again during Monday’s triple threat Elimination Chamber qualifier.
Interestingly, Theory himself had previously appeared as the masked man during Survivor Series WarGames in November, where he helped secure victory for The Vision. The recent attacks, however, have seen the mysterious figure turn against him.
Who Was The Masked Attacker On WWE Raw?
Following the latest episode of WWE Raw, many fans online began comparing the attacker’s stance and movements to Grayson Waller, Theory’s former tag team partner. Several posts circulated on social media pointing to similarities in posture and even footwear.
“It’s Grayson Waller, they didn’t even bother to ask him to buy new black shoes for this”
Sharing an image of the black shoes the mystery attacker wore compared to an image of Waller wearing very similar shoes in a social media photo he shared of himself in front of the Eiffel Tower. While another user added:
“That’s GRAYSON WALLER, check the stance and posture.”
Waller had largely drifted out of focus after Theory’s previous injury, briefly aligning himself with The New Day. Some reports have suggested WWE may be using Waller or another performer under the mask before ultimately revealing Seth Rollins as the true mastermind behind the attacks. Prior to Breakker’s recent surgery, he had been expected to face Rollins at WrestleMania 42.
