A recent episode of WWE Raw has failed to break into Netflix’s global top ten rankings for the first time since the show’s debut on the streaming platform.
Since Raw’s debut on Netflix in January, every show has made its way into the streaming platform’s top ten most-viewed shows of the week globally, meaning it has consistently been one of the most-viewed shows on the platform.
However, Netflix has now released its weekly rankings for last week, and the November 24 episode of WWE Raw is not in the top ten most-viewed shows globally for the first time, and the show only managed to rank at number nine in the United States.
The exact reason why Raw failed to break the top ten globally isn’t known, but it is likely due to the debut of season five of “Stranger Things” and the release of Kevin Hart’s new stand-up comedy special “Acting My Age”, as “Stranger Things” season five garnered a staggering 59,600,000 views globally last week, and Kevin Hart’s special did an impressive 9,200,000.
All the other four seasons of “Stranger Things” also broke into the top ten as fans started rewatching the show in anticipation of the new series’ release. Between the other four seasons of “Stranger Things”, they reached a combined total viewership of 25,200,000.
Also in the top ten were “The Beast in Me” with 7,800,000 views, “Missing: Dead or Alive?: Season 2” with 5,200,000 views, “Absentia: Season 1” with 4,500,000, and “Mark Rober’s CrunchLabs: Season” with 4,000,000 views.
What Is Happening On Next Week’s Episode Of WWE Raw?
The lineup for next week’s episode of WWE Raw will see a World Tag Team Title match as AJ Styles and Dragon Lee defend against The War Raiders (Erik and Ivar), singles action as Rey Mysterio takes on Judgment Day’s Finn Balor, and the winner of the “Last Time is Now” tournament will address the crowd.
More matches will likely be added to the card closer to the show date.
