The lineup for tonight’s episode of WWE NXT has been confirmed.
Two championships will be on the line as the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic continues on tonight’s episode of WWE NXT.
Tonight’s episode of WWE NXT will air live from the WWE Performance Centre in Orlando, Florida, on Tuesday, September 29. The show will air on the CW Network in the United States and on Netflix internationally.
Four matches have been announced, headlined by Grayson Waller defending the NXT Championship against Mason Rook.
Rook earned the opportunity by defeating Tony D’Angelo and Saquon Shugars in a Triple Threat No. 1 Contender’s Match on September 15. The challenger then confronted Waller last week ahead of their championship showdown.
Zaria will also defend the NXT Women’s North American Championship against Thea Hail.
Hail has already shown she can defeat the champion, pinning Zaria during last week’s tag team match. Hail teamed with AAA Reina de Reinas Champion La Catalina to defeat Zaria and NXT Women’s Champion Kelani Jordan after catching the North American Champion with a roll-up.
The 2026 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic will continue with another two first-round matches.
Former NXT Tag Team Champions Axiom and Nathan Frazer reunite as Fraxiom to face DarkState’s Cutler James and Osiris Griffin.
BirthRight will also be represented in the tournament, with Channing Lorenzo and Uriah Connors taking on the unusual combination of Chazz Hall and Mini Vikingo.
The tournament began last week, with Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno advancing by defeating Los Americanos. The Creed Brothers also booked their place in the next round with a victory over Harley Riggins and Jax Presley.
