A WWE Hall of Famer has revealed that they have spent the past month in the hospital.
WWE Hall of Famer Fred Ottman has revealed he has spent the past month in the hospital following a serious health scare. The 69-year-old, known to fans as Typhoon and the Shockmaster, said on Instagram that he had been hospitalised for 30 days after his gallbladder “exploded,” leading to severe infections. He added that he is hopeful to be discharged soon.
“If I would have waited one more day, the doctors told me I probably wouldn’t be here with you,” Ottman said. “But I’m here. I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass. It’s been a brutal fight. I’ve been learning how to walk again.”
He added:
“I’m not out of the woods yet, but Monday afternoon they are going to let me out of here.”
Ottman also noted he is scheduled for another procedure to remove a drainage bag.
“Thank God, I’ve got a good wife. I’ve got great friends. My wrestling buddies are just amazing.”

But as he came through the wall, he tripped over, and his helmet came off, exposing his face, as the rest of the wrestlers in the segment were audibly heard laughing in the live segment.
