WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry has responded positively to the possibility of joining 946 after faction member Royce Keys identified him as someone he would like to recruit.
The newly established faction has become a prominent presence on Monday Night Raw, targeting several members of the WWE roster as it continues to establish itself. During an appearance on WWE Radio on SiriusXM, Royce Keys was asked which former member of the Nation of Domination he would choose to bring into 946.
Keys selected Mark Henry, who was part of the Nation of Domination alongside The Rock and D’Lo Brown during the faction’s 1998 run. Henry later acknowledged the suggestion on X and appeared receptive to the idea of joining the group.
“You damn right @RealRoyceKeys,” Henry wrote.
Although Henry’s response suggests he would welcome the opportunity, WWE has not officially indicated it intends to bring him into the faction.
Mark Henry Responds As WWE Faction 946 Continues To Grow
946 currently consists of Royce Keys, Bronco Nima, Lucien Price, Jaida Parker and Carmelo Hayes. The group has been involved in several confrontations on Raw, including a recent attack on The Usos and Solo Sikoa.
Hayes joined the faction during that beatdown, further strengthening its numbers as the group continues to target established WWE stars. Keys recently discussed the faction’s intentions on Busted Open Radio, warning that its recent actions are only the beginning.
“There’s more to come… More to come with the destruction and chaos.”
Mark Henry would bring considerable experience and star power to the group if WWE pursued the idea. A former World Heavyweight Champion and two-time Olympian, Henry enjoyed a lengthy WWE career before being inducted into the company’s Hall of Fame in 2018.
He also worked for AEW before leaving the promotion in 2024 after his contract expired. His history with the Nation of Domination makes him a particularly notable choice for Keys, given the comparisons that could be drawn between the former WWE faction and 946.
