WWE Hall of Famer Jake Roberts has undergone another major operation, with the 70-year-old recovering from hip revision surgery earlier this week.
Jake Roberts’ partner, Cheryl Roberts, confirmed in a Facebook post on Tuesday that the procedure was successful and that he is now back home recovering. PWInsider reported that the surgery was performed to correct issues from a previous hip replacement that had become problematic.
Roberts has faced multiple health challenges in recent years. He underwent heart ablation surgery in May 2025 to treat an arrhythmia and previously dealt with COPD and double pneumonia in 2020, which required a bronchoscopy. The former WWE star was also diagnosed with muscular cancer below the knee in 2014, receiving treatment at the time.
Despite significant health setbacks, Roberts has credited his work with Diamond Dallas Page for helping him regain mobility, lose weight and overcome long-standing addiction issues. Roberts is currently signed to AEW but has not appeared on television since October 2024.
