We may have seen the last of Travis Scott in WWE.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Scott has had a falling out with WWE to the point that they have removed him from the WWE 2k25 game.
Scott was supposed to be a playable character in a DLC drop but instead was replaced by El Grande Americano.
Word is that Scott took his role too far at last year’s Elimination Chamber slapping Cody in the face for real which upset a lot of WWE talent and management.
In an appearance on the Impaulsive podcast recently, Drew McIntyre called Scott a “piece of shit”.
“His six minute run-in at WrestleMania screwed up our damn main event. Travis Scott is a piece of shit,” he said.
At the WrestleMania press conference, HHH had said about Scott: “Travis is just incredibly passionate about WWE. Incredibly passionate. I’m putting words in his mouth, but I would imagine one of the most important things in his life is music. I would say a close second is WWE. That’s how into it he is. To me, working with somebody like Travis Scott, who has every reason in the world to walk in with an ego and be the biggest star in music and all that stuff. For him to come in here and put all that aside and be a little kid. Be a little kid living a dream. Be a little kid living out a fantasy to where he can step in the ring and it’s all from a respect place. When people are like that, it makes me want to work hard for them and help them see that dream come true. Could we see him do more and step in the ring? Just got to tune in,” he said.
The Rock commented on Scott as well: “He wanted to get his hands bloody. I whispered to him as he was going out [to the ring]. I said, ‘if you’re gonna get your hands bloody, make it count. Make it count. He slapped the s— of Cody tonight. He was really, really hyped up.”
Scott himself posted on social media: “Bro, this might be better than, low-key, performing,” Scott, 33, said in a video shared on X on March 4. “It was like a whole ‘nother vibe. Yo, it was so crazy because in the ring I was like, ‘We about to be straight bad guys.’ And I was like, ‘Oh, it’s about to hit.’ ”
