WWE has confirmed that two WarGames matches will take place at the upcoming Survivor Series pay-per-view.
Last night on Raw, WWE confirmed the men’s and women’s WarGames matches for Survivor Series on November 29. The men’s match was set when CM Punk came out during last night’s Raw to address The Vision and Logan Paul‘s attack on him in last week’s main event match. During Punk’s address, The Vision emerged to attempt a three-on-one assault, but Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes both came out to even the odds.
After this segment, Punk spoke to Raw GM Adam Pearce and said that he wanted to face The Vision at Survivor Series. Punk then brought out William Regal, who announced that Punk, Uso and Rhodes would face Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Logan Paul in a WarGames match at the pay-per-view.
In the women’s division, the main event of Raw saw Asuka and Kairi Sane take on Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair for the Women’s Tag Team Championship, and at the end of the match, Nia Jax and Lash Legend interfered and following the match, Asuka, Sane, Legend, and Jax began beating down Bliss and Flair.
Iyo Sky then came out to make the save, but she was quickly cut down before Rhea Ripley made her return to and she, along with Sky, Bliss, and Flair, were able to send the heels packing. Ripley closed Raw by shouting “WarGames”, and WWE confirmed that the match was official after the show.
