WWE has confirmed the date and location for its next Saturday Night’s Main Event special.
The company announced that the show will take place on May 23 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The event will stream live on Peacock.
The show marks the first time Fort Wayne has hosted a televised WWE event since 2014. While May 23 had previously been reported as the likely date for the special, the location had not been confirmed until the announcement.
WWE SNME Tickets To Go On Sale Next Week
Tickets for WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. local time on March 20, with a pre-sale scheduled to begin one day earlier. No matches have been announced for the show, with the card expected to take shape following WrestleMania on April 18 and 19 and Backlash on May 9.
WWE is partnering with local tourism group Visit Fort Wayne for the event. The show will take place shortly before the company begins an extensive European tour that will include the Clash in Italy premium live event on May 31.
The May 23 broadcast also sets up a busy weekend in professional wrestling, as AEW’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view is scheduled to take place in New York City the following night on May 24.
