A former WWE champion will be joining WWE 2K26‘s DLC roster for Season Two of the game’s new Ringside Pass system.
Former WWE Divas Champion Kelly Kelly is set to return to the WWE video game franchise. Barbie Blank, who performed in WWE under the name Kelly Kelly, recently announced that she will be a playable character in WWE 2K26, marking her first appearance in a WWE console video game in more than a decade.
Blank shared the news in a video posted to WWE 2K’s Twitter account, where she confirmed that fans will be able to use her character later this year as part of the game’s downloadable content.
“What’s up you guys! I am so excited to share this. Kelly Kelly is coming to WWE 2K26,” Blank said. “It’s been thirteen years since I’ve been in the video game, which is kind of crazy. But because you guys spoke up, 2K listened and I’m officially back in the video game.”
Blank added that her character will join the game as part of Season Two of the Ringside Pass, which is scheduled to be released in April 2026.
“I’ll be joining the roster as a part of Season Two of the Ringside Pass coming in April and I can’t wait for you guys to check it out,” she said.
Blank had previously reacted to her not being included in the game’s launch roster, joking that her fans should start a petition to get her into the game.
Kelly Kelly will not be part of the game’s initial roster at launch. Instead, she will arrive through the Ringside Pass, a post-launch downloadable content programme that introduces additional wrestlers and content packs throughout the year.
Kelly Kelly’s WWE Game History Ahead Of WWE 2K26 Launch
Kelly Kelly last appeared in a mainline WWE console game, WWE ’12, released in 2011. Since stepping away from full-time competition in 2012, Blank has made several appearances for WWE, most notably in the Royal Rumble matches in 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
The latest entry in the long-running WWE 2K video game franchise is developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Sports. The 2026 edition launches today for special Monday Night Wars, Attitude Era, and King of Kings editions of the game, with standard edition purchasers having to wait until March 13 to play.
