Several key matches were made official for WrestleMania 42 during the latest episode of WWE Raw, adding further depth to the already expanding card.
Among the most notable announcements, Penta confirmed he will defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship in a Ladder Match. The reveal came after Penta successfully retained his title against Kofi Kingston earlier in the night, with the champion making the stipulation official during an in-ring promo. Later in the show, Je’Von Evans, Rusev, Dragon Lee, and JD McDonagh were confirmed as participants.

Finn Balor also made his intentions clear in a video package, addressing his issues with Dominik Mysterio. Balor reflected on bringing Mysterio into The Judgment Day before being betrayed, vowing to settle the score at WrestleMania.
The women’s division also saw a major development, with a four-way WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match confirmed. The Irresistible Forces will defend the titles against the teams of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, Nikki Bella and Brie Bella, as well as Lyra Valkyria and Bayley.
Earlier in the night, WWE also confirmed a singles match between Seth Rollins and Gunther, following their physical confrontation on Raw.
WrestleMania 42 is set to take place across two nights, April 18 and 19, at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada, as WWE continues to finalise one of its biggest cards of the year.
