TNA World Championship #1 Contenders Battle Royal
The show opened with a video package hyping the main event between Leon Slater and Cedric Alexander before the action kicked off with a battle royal to determine a future challenger for Mike Santana and the TNA World Championship.
The match featured much of the TNA roster, including Eric Young, Elijah, Frankie Kazarian, The System, The Righteous, BDE, and Sacramento native Mustafa Saed. Saed’s appearance was short because he was the first man eliminated.
Smaller guys worked together to eliminate the larger ones, including Special Agent 0 and Dutch. After a quick pace of eliminations, the match came down to Young and Elijah. The two battled on the apron before Young caught Elijah with a low blow and sent him crashing to the floor to win the match and secure a future championship opportunity against Santana.

Mustafa Ali was was mad at his group and said he may have finally found a “magic lamp,” joking that his wish to the genie would be to become the very best wrestler in the company. He then announced that he will defend the International Championship next week on TNA iMPACT!.
As Order 4 walked away, Miller stopped Jason Hotch and praised his performance in the battle royal (oh the drama). Eric Young stormed in and stared directly into the camera, and bragged about taking out some huge names and then calls out Mike Santana and the TNA World Championship.

We hear from TNA Knockouts Champion Lei Ying Lee
Newly crowned Knockouts World Champion Lei Ying Lee made her first appearance since regaining the title from Arianna Grace. Lee celebrated bringing the championship back to TNA before being interrupted by Xia Brookside, who made that she wants the title ASAP.
Lee challenged Brookside to fight, but Brookside refused, claiming she had already damaged Lee mentally and emotionally and would soon finish the job physically.
Eddie Edwards complained backstage about being denied a shot at the TNA World Championship and revealed that The System was responsible for taking out Moose last week. Brian Myers added that the group never wants to hear Moose’s name again. Bear Bronson then shouted The System chant even louder, as Alisha Edwards tells him to settle down. Cedric Alexander said that with Moose out of the picture, nothing will stop him from defeating Leon Slater for the TNA X-Division Championship in tonight’s main event.

KC Navarro vs. AJ Francis – Sactown Street Fight
The next bout featured AJ Francis taking on former ally KC Navarro in a “Sactown Street Fight.” Sacramento Athletics broadcaster Chris Caray joined commentary for the match and brought a baseball bat with him, because why not. Weapons quickly became a factor, including chairs, trash cans, steel steps, and the baseball bat. Navarro scored several near falls and delivered a spectacular cutter off the ropes through a pile of steel chairs that brought the crowd to its feet.
Francis eventually regained control and delivered a massive chokeslam through tables at ringside before rolling Navarro back into the ring for the win.

We hear from TNA World Champion Mike Santana
Santana brought up Eric Young’s win earlier and praised him as one of TNA’s pillars. Before Young could appear, Daria Rae interrupted and revealed that Young’s battle royal victory only earned him the number-two contender position. Daria Rae announced that Steve Maclin has been medically cleared and will face Mike Santana in a rematch next week.
Rae sarcastically said that she didn’t need any say from Santino Marella as she pitched this directly to the TNA board, who approved it.
Marella’s music then hit and HE IS BACK! He hinted that Daria interfered with his travel to TNA iMPACT!. He went on to agree that Santana vs. Maclin is a major, high-stakes rematch and revealed that Indi Hartwell has officially re-signed with TNA Wrestling. Rae tried to bring up Marella’s strained relationship with his daughter Arianna Grace, but Santino said that he loves his daughter, but doesn’t like Stacks
Santana stepped in and made it clear that no matter who is placed in front of him, the result will remain the same. He warned that he will continue his dominance and leave every challenger the same way.

Allie fought back with another neckbreaker to Moore before making the hot tag to Rosemary. Rosemary came in and cleared house with a burst of offense, including a reverse DDT on Crawford for a near fall. The match broke down into chaos with all four competitors involved. Mara hit a superkick on Tessa Blanchard to even the odds. Allie then hit a Death Valley Driver to Moore on the floor before Rosemary hits Crawford with a modified double underhook DDT for the win.
