An appearance and a match have been confirmed for next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
A match between AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page and Katsuyori Shibata, plus the first appearance of “The Cleaner” Kenny Omega on TV since WrestleDream, has been confirmed to take place on next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
Page will face Shibata in a non-title match as he prepares to defend his world title against Samoa Joe at Full Gear on November 22. On the special Blood & Guts episode of Dynamite last night, Page faced another of The Opps’ members, Powerhouse Hobbs, in a Falls Count Anywhere match, and was able to get the victory. But after the match ended, Shibata and Joe attacked Page, who was then saved by Eddie Kingston and Hook.
Kenny Omega is also scheduled to appear on next week’s Dynamite in his first AEW TV appearance since WrestleDream on October 18, where he saved Jack Perry and Luchasaurus from an attack by The Don Callis Family. It is not known what role Omega will play on the show.
