An update has been provided on the future of Brie Bella in WWE following her Royal Rumble return in Riyadh.
Brie Bella is officially back in WWE, and her return appears to be more than a one-off appearance. According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Daily Update, Bella has rejoined WWE alongside her twin sister Nikki Bella, at least for the immediate future.
“Brie Bella’s return last night was not a one-night thing,” Meltzer wrote. “She’s going to be back for at least the time being.”
Brie also fuelled that belief with an emotional message posted on social media, declaring that the Bella Twins are back together in WWE.
“I can’t even express the gratitude I’m feeling right now,” Bella wrote. “It’s been a journey to get here but I’m back and it feels good!!! Love you Bella Army for always standing with your girl and thank you Riyadh for the very warm welcome, your chants and love meant everything. BRIEMODE IS ACTIVATED. And the Bella Twins are back!!!! YES! YES! YES!”
Brie Bella In The 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble
Brie Bella entered the women’s Royal Rumble match at number 29 and lasted approximately seven minutes before being eliminated by Lash Legend. The appearance marked her first professional wrestling match since the 2022 Royal Rumble.
Nikki, meanwhile, returned to the ring last year and was placed in a feud with Liv Morgan before later turning heel against Stephanie Vaquer. Her most recent match came in December, when she lost a three-way bout to Vaquer and Raquel Rodriguez on Raw.
