According to the Wrestling Observer‘s Bryan Alvarez, Kyle Fletcher is believed to be doing fine after a frightening moment during the bout, which saw him land awkwardly on his head. The incident occurred when Jon Moxley delivered a dragon suplex from the top rope, causing Fletcher to come down hard on his neck. Despite the impact, Fletcher continued the match before eventually losing via a rear-naked choke.
“Fletcher appears to be fine after being dropped on his head in the Moxley match last night,” Alvarez reported.
The spot raised immediate concern among fans, but the update suggests that Fletcher avoided serious injury and is not believed to be dealing with any long-term issues following the match.

Kyle Fletcher has been with AEW since 2022 after joining the company as part of the tag team Aussie Open alongside Mark Davis, after the pair gained popularity on the global independent scene and competing in NJPW.
