A potential celebrity crossover has sparked online interest after Kevin Nealon challenged Danny DeVito to a wrestling match in either WWE or Tony Khan‘s AEW.
The idea quickly gained traction when Tony Khan joined the exchange, referencing a classic 1988 Saturday Night Live sketch featuring DeVito alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger, Nealon and Dana Carvey.
After Nealon confirmed they still had the outfits from the sketch, Khan responded, “Then you guys are in,” teasing the possibility with references to AEW programming.

While DeVito has never competed in a wrestling match, his “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” character Frank Reynolds has previously taken part in a comedic wrestling segment, performing as “The Trashman.”
Will Danny DeVito Wrestle For Tony Khan’s AEW?
There is no indication that any match is officially planned, but the exchange between Kevin Nealon and Tony Khan has fuelled speculation about a potential celebrity appearance in AEW.
