It has been rumoured that Tom Brady will make an appearance at WrestleMania 42 after the NFL legend publicly labelled wrestling as “cute” and not a real sport like Football. While this rumour has not been confirmed, it has also been reported by WrestleVotes via Fightful Select that WWE is working on logos and merchandise for Brady, adding further fuel to speculation that he will appear at WrestleMania.
Bryan Alvarez discussed Brian “Road Dogg” James leaving WWE’s creative team on Wrestling Observer Live, noting that the move is part of a broader shake-up within WWE creative. The changes include Alexandra Williams being promoted to Vice President and lead writer of WWE Raw after previously working as a writer and producer since joining the company in 2020. Alvarez added that more creative changes could be coming and suggested recent storyline issues may be linked to injuries affecting key WrestleMania plans, including a reported direction that would have seen Bron Breakker defeat CM Punk before multiple top stars were sidelined.
The lineup for tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown has been confirmed.
