On TNA Wrestling, Frankie Kazarian and Mike Santana sit down to sign a contract for a title bout for the TNA Heavyweight Championship. Santana wants the belt back, and Kazarian is determined to keep it.
Either way, this is a fantastic way to kick off the promotion’s debut as they move to AMC.
We are coming to you from the El Paso County Coliseum in El Paso, TX. Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt have the call, and The Hardys come out, and they have words for Vincent and Dutch on their mind games.
Now things get Righteous, and Vincent and Dutch try to explain their intentions, but Matt tells them in so many words that they should be deleted. Vincent pleads that he and Dutch want a “friendly competition” even though Matt sees through the lies. Vincent suggests that it would be appropriate at the Genesis PPV, and Matt agrees. Dig what’s going on, Man?
Gia Miller is backstage with Steve Maclin ahead of his match with Stacks, and he is convinced that he will be getting the TNA International title back. Eric Young appears and says he tried to open his eyes to the truth, and he turned his back on him. He says to complete his mission, or The Cleanse is coming.

Something to think about heading into the new year.
But let’s head. To the ring for your First Match of the Night between…

Dani Luna vs. Harley Hudson (with Myla Grace)
Luna is on fire after her dog collar match with Indi Hartwell, and she hits the gas, putting Hudson in bad shape. She tries to go for a submission, but Luna punts and stays in the driver’s seat. There’s a series of reversals, and Hudson gets a bulldog for a two count. Luna with a stiff kick to the face, and the Luna Landing ends it decisively for Hudson.
A VIOLENT @DaniLuna_pro picks up another W on #TNAiMPACT! but Doomsday is FAR from over for @harleyhudsonx and @MylaGrace_x!

Your Winner via Pinfall: Dani Luna
After the match, Luna works Grace over and makes it known she ain’t impressed. Léi Ying Lee comes out for the save, and Luna backs off quickly. After a minute, she comes back and finds a moment to choke out the TNA Knockout’s champion. Xia Brookside tries to make a save, but Luna lays her out, too, and she grabs the belt to show what things will come ahead at the Genesis PPV.
Mara Sadé and Ryan Nemeth talk, and I just. Don’t. Care.
Although I don’t know who superkicked Nemeth, I want to buy that man a drink.
Mustafa Ali is out with Order 4, and Elijah appears outta nowhere. Wonder what’s gonna happen?
Meanwhile, there is a moment of Elegance in picking a “Mr. Elegance,” and there is one guy they think has the goods.
Again, I ask, “Why should I care?”
Someone wants to protect the Elegance brand, and I sure don’t think it’s gonna be me.
Either way, Order 4 is out, and after a lengthy intro by Tasha Steelz, Mustafa Ali discusses Elijah’s actions and their repercussions
He proposes no more concerts and wants a vote, but gets voted down, in English and in Spanish, by the TNA crowd. Enter Elijah, and he comes out on a horse and a guitar. He runs them out and tries to rustle them up.
.@MustafaAli_X's proposal was cut short by @_Iam_Elijah_ and he didn't come alone!

As for me…eh, f*** it.
Up next is a title match for the…

TNA International Championship: Stacks (with Arianna Grace)(c) vs. Steve Maclin
Maclin just takes him off his feet, and he throws the champ out of the ring and then…
Ads (I should kick up a fuss, but it’s not a big matter in this case.)
Stacks is in the driver’s seat, and Maclin is fighting through, despite interference from outside by Stack’s Team NXT teammates. The ref sees if and ejects the NXT Outlaws from the ringside. Maclin gets back on offense, and despite their efforts, he nullifies the Outlaws.
He gets STacks in a Tree of Woe, and Grace steps into the ring and rakes his eyes. The ref catches this, and that means…
Your Winner via Disqualification: Steve Maclin
This is a hollow victory as the NXT Outlaws destroy him after the match
.@AriannaGraceWWE and the @WWENXT Outlaws just cost @SteveMaclin his shot at the International Championship!

That brings us to the TNA Injury report, and after the carnage Luna did, the four Knockouts involved are questionable heading to the TNA Genesis PPV.

Now for the main dance between…

The System (Moose, JDC, Eddie Edwards, and Bryan Myers, with Alisha Edwards) vs. Leon Slater, Cedric Alexander, and The Hardys
The bell rings, and Myers and Alexander start, but then it’s a quick tag to Moose and Matt, and he wants the big man to be Deleted.
The elder Hardy rams his head into the turnbuckles, and Edwards gets the tag to keep up the offense. Jeff tags in, and the Charismatic Enigma wears down the System member. Slater is in, and he takes a page from the Hardys’ playbook with Poetry in Motion.

This is a Pier Eight brawl with bodies flying everywhere, and then…
Ads (just…stops with ads in the middle of a good match, please. Do it for a squash match, so I won’t care as much.)
We come back as Myers and Slater slug it out, and he nails him with a springboard elbow. There is a hot tag to Jeff, and he is charismatically en Fuego. He and Slater give a dual Twist of Fate for a two-count.

JDC breaks the count, and he tries to put Jeff away, but cannot. It becomes another melee, and the end comes with Jeff and Slater nailing a twin Twist of Fate and a crossbody to Myers. Slater then gets hit by a big Moose who drills him with a powerbomb. He rushes for offense, but Alexander rolls him up for a flash pin and the win.

Before the ink is dry, the music hits, and Nic Nemeth comes out, and he boasts the reason why TNA is buzzing, especially on AMC, is because of him. He doesn’t care for either man and wants to wait in the wings for whoever becomes the new TNA champion, as he calls his shot.

Once both men sign on the dotted line on an otherwise calm contract signing, you know things will heat up as TNA makes land on AMC next week, as this show comes to a close on AXS TV.
