TNA and Ohio Valley Wrestling are teaming up, reports PWInsider.com.
“We are told the two sides are working towards an agreement that would OVW become what would be essentially a developmental system for TNA. That agreement is set to be signed very soon,” writes Mike Johnson who says the deal will be signed very soon.
It is also reported that TNA President Carlos Silva has been at several OVW events recently.
OVW was the main developmental promotion for the WWE from 2000 to 2008. John Cena, Randy Orton, Batista, Brock Lesnar and more found their footing in OVW.
Morley Sports Management currently owns OVW. Al Snow remains as a coach, trainer and booker there.
