TNA iMPACT! Results (July 16, 2026): X-Division Title on the line and the Knockouts TV Title Tournament Continues

Greetings and salutations! TNA iMPACT! is back in Albany, New York this week with another episode of TNA iMPACT!, featuring the continuation of the Knockouts Television Championship Tournament, an X-Division Championship main event, and more fallout from Slammiversary. Here is the full card:

TNA iMPACT! got things started off right away with the Knockouts TV Title Tournament…

M By Elegance vs. Rosemary – Knockouts TV Title Tournament Match

We see M By Elegance square off against Rosemary in a first-round match in the Knockouts Television Championship Tournament.

Rosemary controlled much of the early action with her aggressive offense, but outside interference was the difference maker in this match. Heather distracts the referee on the apron, but Allie takes her out. M uses this distraction and splashes champagne in Rosemary’s face, the hit a roll up for the classic 1-2-3 to get the win.

Winner: M By Elegance

Backstage, The System talks about last week’s disappointing performance. Alisha Edwards brushes off any talk that the faction is falling apart, saying one rough night doesn’t erase everything they’ve accomplished. Eddie Edwards agrees, calling last week’s loss nothing more than a very minor setback, and says that The System is as strong as ever.

Brian Myers then calls out Ricky Sosa, claiming Sosa’s team only won because of a lucky break. Bear Bronson then says that Sosa made a serious mistake by crossing him. Bronson vows to “break your ass in two” the next time they meet and even goes as far as saying that he would kill him. Cedric Alexander then talks about his TNA X-Division Championship match against Fabian Aichner later, saying that he’ll prove why he’s still at the top of the mountain.

Eddie wraps up the promo by declaring that, by the end of the night, everyone will be reminded why The System remains a dominant force in TNA.

AJ Francis (with Expressions) vs. Moose

As the match wore on, things got heated. AJ Francis used a steel chair in front of the referee, which saw things end all of a sudden. Moose wasn’t happy at all and kep thte fight going as security tried to restore order.

Winner: Moose (DQ)

Elayna Black says all of her attention is on next week’s Knockouts Television Championship Tournament match against Wendy Choo. Black says that she respects Choo and acknowledges their history together, but she’s not letting anything stand in the way of reaching the tournament finals and capturing the title. Black says that her goal is to be the greatest Knockout in TNA history.

TNA Knockouts World Champion Xia Brookside came out and laughs at what Black just said. Brookside points to the championship belt on her shoulder and says she’s already proven she’s the best by defeating everyone who’s stepped up to her. She tells Black to worry about Wendy Choo first, stay in her lane, and stop making claims she can’t back up.

Black says that Brookside feels threatened and that she knows exactly what she’s capable of and is afraid of what’s to come. Black tells Brookside that she’s “quite literally everything that you will never be,” Oh things got good here.

Mustafa Ali Addresses Order 4

Mustafa Ali held a “State of the Order” address following several disappointing performances from members of Order 4 in recent weeks.

Ali questioned whether everyone in the group remained committed to his vision, making it clear that changes could be coming if results don’t improve. The tense segment left the future of the faction uncertain heading into the coming weeks. Ali then announces the newest member og Order 4, introducing Mila Moore as the faction’s Secretary of Strategic Affairs. Moore makes her way to the ring.

Tasha Steelz, Jason Hotch, and John Skyler all looked shocked and confused. Mila Moore thanks Mustafa Ali for giving her the chance to join Campaign Ali, saying she believes she can be the solution to the group’s recent problems. Moore then announces the next challenger to Ali’s TNA International Championship challenger will be decided through an International Vote, with the locker room choosing who deserves the chance. Ali officially welcomes Moore to Campaign Ali and repeats, “In Ali, we trust.”

The Righteous receive a message from The Hardys, who invite Vincent and Dutch to the Hardy Compound for the Righteous Deletion.

Ricky Sosa vs. Bear Bronson

Sosa used his speed to keep Bronson at bay, but Bronson used his strength and was able to take full control of the match. Bronson hit and flattened Sosa with his Bear Down to get the W for himself, and the System.

Winner: Bear Bronson

Moose catches up with Elijah backstage and Elijah says he saw everything that just happened. Moose says that they should join forces next week to settle the score with Francis and Kazarian. Moose reminds Elijah that he has plenty of unfinished business with both men. Elijah quickly accepts and says that Moose doesn’t need to sell him on the idea. He promises that the two of them will take care of business when they step into the ring together next week and they will end things with AJ Francis and Kazarian.

Harley Hudson vs. Thea Hail – Knockouts TV Title Tournament Match

NXT’s Thea Hail made another appearance in TNA as she took on Harley Hudson in another opening-round match of the Knockouts Television Championship Tournament. Hudson looked great through the match but Hail kept coming right back,. Hudson gains control with a right hand before driving Hail’s neck into her knee. Hail survives the attack and kicks out, but Hudson looks to put her away with a second-rope leg drop.

Hail avoids it, and hits a springboard, using the momentum to get the win to move on.

Winner: Thea Hail

TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth was out and declared himself “the greatest professional wrestler walking the earth today.” Nemeth said that he isn’t just the face of TNA, but the biggest attraction in all of wrestling right now. He says that everyone wants a shot to step into the spotlight with “The Wanted Man” and challenge for the TNA World Championship. Nemeth claims that that everything he does inside the ring creates a must-see moment. He said that whenever the TNA World Championship is involved, it becomes a major attraction capable of delivering huge moments and drawing attention from fans around the world.

Nemeth then opened the door to anyone and then KC Navarro appeared. Nemeth tried to shrug him and told him to leave the ring. Navarro started to walk away, but Nemeth kept going on and on about the open challenge. Navarro stopped in his way to the back and had some words for Nemeth. Navarro admitted that Nemeth was right about one thing, and that’s that sometimes the things you care about don’t always give the same love back. Navarro talked about his career struggles, explaining that despite constantly putting everything he has into wrestling, he feels he doesn’t get the love back.

Navarro reflected on several disappointments, including falling short in his pursuit of tag team championship gold, his International Championship opportunity, and his chance at the X-Division Championship. He said he always believed his career was supposed to reach another level and that he wanted to prove everyone who doubted him wrong. Navarro says that the TNA World Championship is more than just a title for him, but it would finally be the validation he has been searching for throughout his career.

Navarro then officially challenged Nemeth to a title match next week on TNA iMPACT, promising that he is ready to prove he belongs at the top of the company. Nemeth kept going on and on trash-talking his way through the promo and called Navarro a loser. Nemeth then said that he would speak with Daria and make the TNA World Championship match official for next week’s show. However, Nemeth added a major condition. Nemeth told Navarro that if he wants this opportunity, he needs to stop chasing him, stop contacting him, and stop constantly trying to get his attention.

Cedric Alexander (c) vs. Fabian Aichner – TNA X Division Championship

We saw a fast-paced championship match filled with near falls and back and forths. Aichner came close to capturing the title, but interference from Eddie Edwards saw that momentum stayed with Alexander. Alexander hit the Lumbar Check to score the decisive three-count and successfully retain the X-Division Championship.

After the match, Alexander celebrated with The System while Aichner was left frustrated.
