Tiffany Stratton is adding another challenge to her already packed schedule, confirming she is preparing to return to competitive bodybuilding.
The SmackDown star shared the update on TikTok, revealing that she is nine weeks away from stepping onto the stage for her second bodybuilding competition. In the video, Tiffany Stratton documented part of her training routine, including pre-workout preparation, a shoulders and triceps session, and cardio, signalling that the comeback is a serious commitment rather than a casual goal.
“I’m currently nine weeks out from my second bodybuilding show ever. I’m going to step on stage again and just kind of see where things are at,” Stratton said. “I remember I fell in love with bodybuilding, and then I got signed with WWE and couldn’t really do both at the same time.”
Stratton explained that earlier in her WWE career, balancing the demands of television and competitive bodybuilding was not realistic. However, she now feels she is in a position to manage both.
“Now I feel like I’m in a position where I can balance it,” she added. “We’re training shoulders and triceps, and doing a little bit of cardio afterward.”
When Did Tiffany Stratton Last Compete In WWE?
The announcement comes shortly after Tiffany Stratton picked up a notable victory on the February 6 episode of SmackDown, winning a Triple Threat Elimination Chamber qualifying match against Lash Legend and Chelsea Green with her Prettiest Moonsault Ever.
