According to Trey Miguel, The Rascalz’ ring gear once got them on the wrong side of Disney.
At TNA Slammiversary in 2024, The Rascalz trio of Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz, and Dezmond Xavier took on No Quarter Catch Crew’s Charlie Dempsey, Myles Borne, and Tavion Heights in an interpromotional Six-Man Tag Team Match.
The Racalz entered the match in gear based on the spacesuit worn by Buzz Lightyear in the Toy Story franchise. The group went on to defeat No Quarter Catch Crew, but they couldn’t fight Disney. During a virtual signing for K&S WrestleFest, Miguel revealed that the entertainment giant issued the group a cease and desist.
“This was my Buzz Lightyear gear. Also, this got us a cease and desist from Disney, which was fun.
To make matters worse, The Rascalz later lost the gear due to Spirit Airlines.
“And Spirit Airlines lost that gear.”

Trey Miguel & The Rascalz Have Now Parted Ways
Back in January, The Rascalz departed TNA and signed with AEW. However, soon after the group made the jump, Trey Miguel was released from the company, seemingly due to offensive social media posts he made several years ago.
Dezmond Xavier, Zachary Wentz, and Myron Reed debuted in AEW with a win over CRU on the January 31st edition of Collision, but recently came up short when The Young Bucks defeated them and Private Party to become the Number 1 Contenders for the Tag Team Titles.
Meanwhile, Miguel returned to TNA, and at No Surrender defeated Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo to capture the TNA International Championship.
