Steven deLaroche, Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch’s attorney, no longer wants to represent her.
DeLaroche has alerted the Florida court that he wants nothing more to do with the case.
DeLaroche stated in his filing to the court that he cannot work cooperatively with his client any more and she has not compiled with the employment terms in order for him to represent her.
There has been no response from the court as of yet.
Sytch has pleaded not guilty to DUI causing death and a host of other charges from a car accident in Florida. She is facing 26 years in prison if convicted on all those charges.
Ormond Beach police claim that back in March, Sytch failed to stop at an intersection and the resulting crash killed Julian LaFrancis Lasseter, 75.
Sytch’s blood alcohol level at the scene was 3½ times Florida’s legal limit.
