Tag team legend remembered for his time alongside Mabel
Bobby Horne, Sir Mo from Men on a Mission, has passed away due to complications from pneumonia. He was 58.
Horne began his career tagging with Nelson Frazier in 1991 as The Harlem Knights. They were managed by George South.
He joined the WWE in 1993 with Frazier but they became Men on a Mission, a fan-friendly rap group not a heel team as they were before.
Men on a Mission feuded with the Quebecers, the Smoking Gunns and others.
They eventually turned heel and Frazier (Mabel) became the King of the Ring. Mo became Sir Mo.
They both left the WWE after the 1996 Royal Rumble. They returned to the USWA and in 2015 teamed with Davey Boy Smith Jr. for Ultimate Championship Wrestling in Nova Scotia.
In 2018, he received a kidney transplant and in 2022 he needed a liver transplant.
He retired from wrestling in 2020.
