Seth Rollins says he is still waiting to be cleared for in-ring action despite recently returning to WWE television.
Seth Rollins made his comeback at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view after several months away due to injury. However, the former world champion confirmed that he is still unable to participate in physical matches as he continues to recover from a shoulder injury.
Speaking on Good Morning Football, Rollins explained that his recent appearances have been carefully managed while he continues rehabilitation.
“Alright, we executed to perfection,” Rollins said while discussing the recent masked men segment on RAW. “We got in there, we protected Seth Rollins, we confused everybody, and we got out of there, and that is what we had to do because Seth Rollins, that’s me, I’m not cleared yet. I can’t get into any real physicality. I gotta protect this shoulder for maybe another couple weeks or so.”
What Did Seth Rollins Say About The Maksed Men Segment On Monday’s Raw?
Seth Rollins also joked about the masked men segment’s chaotic nature, which was designed to distract Logan Paul and Austin Theory.
“You know what? I was just hoping nobody lost a shoe,” Rollins said with a laugh. “When you’re dealing with a lot of bodies like that and a lot of moving parts in the ring, I was just hoping nobody blew out an ACL.”
The injury dates back to Crown Jewel 2025, where Rollins hurt his shoulder during a match against Cody Rhodes while performing a coast-to-coast headbutt. Although he has returned to WWE programming, Rollins indicated that he still needs additional recovery time before he can safely resume full in-ring competition.
