Seth Rollins has spoken about when we could see him back in a WWE ring from injury.
Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch spoke with Bert Kreischer on Something’s Burning, and during their talk, Kreischer asked Rollins when he is expecting to return to WWE to wrestle, and Rollins stated that he is not expecting to be back in the ring until around WrestleMania 42 season in 2026.
Rollins said that he is hoping to begin dieting and training by around February to get into ring shape for WrestleMania season. He said:
“My guess is eight to 12 weeks of, ‘Okay, now I have to stop eating like an a**hole.’ Probably 12 weeks. Plus, we’ll be moving right into WrestleMania season. I’m hoping around February, after all the holiday stuff, I can start to be like, ‘Lock in. No more BS.'”
Lynch questioned Rollins’ February training plans, and he clarified:
“Probably, after the Super Bowl and stuff. Give myself a month before I come back. I don’t even know. They say six months, so this could be April.”
Rollins has still been active in the world of sports since his injury, as he has been making various NFL media appearances and is set to be a part of NFL Christmas on Netflix.
Who Could Seth Rollins Face If He Returns At WrestleMania?
If Seth Rollins is able to return in time for WrestleMania 42, he would likely face Bron Breakker or Bronson Reed, as his former Vision teammates attacked him on the October 13 episode of Raw to write him off of TV so that he could get surgery on his injured shoulder.
So it would stand to reason that Rollins could face either Breakker or Reed, or he could team with someone to take on both Reed and Breakker in a tag team match at WrestleMania.
