Saraya has shared a new milestone during her time away from the ring, hinting at continued progress in her training.
The former AEW Women’s and WWE Divas Champion has not wrestled since October 8, 2024, when she last competed on AEW Dynamite. Since then, she has largely stayed out of the spotlight amid ongoing speculation about a potential return, occasionally posting training clips on social media.
In her latest update, Saraya revealed on social media that she had completed a move she had not performed in years.
“First neck nip up in a decade! We building her back up babayyy!” she wrote.
Saraya’s Wrestling Injury History
Saraya, formerly known as Paige in her WWE tenure, stepped away from wrestling in 2017 after suffering a serious neck injury. She remained with WWE in non-wrestling roles until her departure from the company in 2022.
She later made her in-ring return at AEW Full Gear 2022 against Britt Baker, but has competed only sporadically since then. Her recent training update suggests she is continuing to build toward a possible return.
