Roman Reigns has made it clear he has no plans to step away from WWE anytime soon, insisting there is still more to achieve in his career.
Speaking with Nico Leonard, Roman Reigns addressed retirement talk ahead of WrestleMania 42, stating he believes he still has plenty left to offer despite already accomplishing much in the company.
“There is still a little more juice to squeeze. Almost there, but not quite,” Reigns said.
The 40-year-old pointed to advances in sports science and the structure of modern wrestling careers as reasons he feels he can continue performing at a high level.
“I still feel like I have a lot to offer. I’m 40 years young. With everything that we have within sports science, nutrition, all the information we have, careers have been extended,” he said. “Creatively, there is so much left for me to do.”

Roman Reigns also spoke about maintaining his position at the top of WWE, suggesting there is always more to prove even after reaching the highest level.
“There is no true competition for us. There are other promotions and places to work in wrestling, but if you want to be at the very top, you have to be in WWE,” he said. “The moment they think you’ve done everything you can do, you can still show them there’s another layer.”
Reigns is set to challenge CM Punk for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the Night Two main event of WrestleMania 42 on April 19, 2026.
