TNA on AMC? That could be the brand’s future home.
Sports Illustrated reports that AMC has emerged as the top choice for TNA.
“The Takedown on SI has learned through TV industry sources that another network with no current WWE ties has been pursuing TNA’s media rights, with them indicating that AMC has emerged as a potential landing spot,” stated SI’s Jon Alba.
The cable channel is most notable for producing such shows as Mad Men, Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead.
Currently in the USA, TNA airs on AXS TV and the TNA+ app but Anthem Sports & Entertainment owns AXS TV and TNA so the current setup produces minimal external revenue.

Last month, Silva said in his update to TVInsider: “We’re now in active negotiations with a partner and we’re going to work through that. I can’t really put a timeline on how long that will take. The good news is the process has started. We’re no longer just talking to a bunch of people to sort of gauge interest. Now we have an interested partner and working through potentially a deal for 2026. It’s going to happen as soon as it can happen. We were working on it as recently as yesterday, exchanging papers and trying to figure it out. We’re excited about it and keep pushing it forward to get this over the finish line. It’s done when it’s over the finish line.”
