Rebel has responded to the support she received from AEW and its fans following her recent health update, where she revealed she was diagnosed with terminal Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
After revealing earlier this week that she has been diagnosed with terminal ALS, Rebel was acknowledged during Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision, where Tony Schiavone delivered a message on behalf of the company.
“We want Rebel to know you are a big part of AEW… we are thinking about you right now,” Schiavone said, also noting the number of fan signs in the crowd showing support.

Rebel later took to Instagram to thank AEW and the audience, sharing that the messages had a positive impact.
“Thank you to my AEW family… and thank you to the fans for the signs. They truly lift my spirits,” she wrote.
The show of support comes as fans and colleagues continue to rally around Rebel following her diagnosis.
